This is why children don’t have fathers, this shit needs to be played in actual kangaroo “justice” circles so those shitbag domestic court judges can realize how bullshit it is to be a single father.

I watched a man who was making $2,500 a month and gets 1 day with his child a week have to fork out $950 a month! In child care and that’s not even INCLUDING INSURANCE! How is that mother fucker going to even live, let alone be able to not be bitter and angry at everything, including what that child has put that man into.

The system is fucking designed to make men angry about being fathers, and women have exploited this out of their own narcissism of “he left me................. and my child!” Children are weapons to these garbage human beings, and I’m sick of seeing it and people denying it!

The title is inaccurate. This is far worse than a woman getting custody of a child.

This is a woman who has previously convinced this man he was the father of a child when in fact he was not. This is a woman who has previously convinced a child that this man was her father when he was not. This woman is vile.

She is a horrible example of a human being. She cheated. She lied. She destroyed the life of this man. She destroyed the life of her child. There is nothing she can do to rectify the harm she has wreaked on this man and her own daughter. She deserves every bit of hatred she will receive from both of those individuals for the rest of her life.

My husband found out his son wasn't his at 3 years old. He was devastated and heart broken but continued to take care of him, just stopped paying her child support. Then she got a new boyfriend and decided her son no longer needed him since she was getting paid by the bio dad and now had a boyfriend to play daddy. So we took her to court. $10,000 later (almost $20,000 but she gave in last minute), my husband gained some rights back because our state recognizes "psychological parents". He's 11 now and we still get him on the weekends and most days in the summer. He occasionally sees his bio dad but he lives in another state so it's not often.

my ex deliberately denied me legal process twice for custody and used a sharia court in the Middle East to take custody in secret.

And these are countries that withhold visitation from the other parent or make it so strict that to even miss one ever is to lose any parental rights forever. I was denied my rights as I was not in the country, nor would they deal with the domestic violence/abuse inflicted upon a disabled child and disabled father...

I used to hear stories from people whose partner "stole" their child legally, and then systematically did every thing to make the other parent fail to see their child and deny them their parental rights..

this crap in the UK, Europe, US, Canada, Australia about the best interest of the child is utter rubbish because they do nothing to stop this behaviour, enforce court rules or protect the child because they are afraid of protest groups getting them suspended/ fired etc for wrong judgement so they play it safe. They've undermined the law with cowardice.
