I'd say most of the problems on this sub from men stem mostly from a lack of experience and internalizing the numbers mindset, along with a lack of social skills (most rejections and acceptances are -thinly- veiled so as to preserve the dignity of the parties, for those guys who wonder why 'people don't say what they mean; they're trying to do you a favor).

With experience you can't help but not take any interaction personally and you understand that you're not everyone's cup of tea. Without it, it becomes this scratch across your psyche that makes you think something's wrong with you.

You before you have same night laid a 10 or 9 is not the same guy after (assuming no money or transactional relationships are involved). When you've been with hotter women than whoever it is you're talking to, you can know that it likely isn't your looks or you at all. That success causes you to take rejection less personally, which causes you to take more shots, which causes you to make winning a habit.

All the guys who are struggling, the best advice is just to fake it til you make it, pay the dues...who cares if it's 1 year, 5 years, 15 years, 20 years...etc. that time will pass anyway. And when you make it, you'll be glad you put in the time. Not everyone's journey is the same. Just focus on yours.

If someone else constantly rubs their (in their minds) better life in your face --- that person isn't your friend. Find better friends.

One of the best friends I've had, who knew me before I got a lot of experience with women, way back when I was fat, would probably meet the definition of a 'Chad' then and now. He was always positive. And man I had some embarrassing moments around him and company. And he always made me feel like it was no big deal and to just keep trying and that he was rooting for me. Then for awhile he thought he'd created a monster lol

My point is that if you focus first on finding good habits for yourself, good friends for yourself, and a good life for yourself, only good things can follow and that's the best you can do. That's really all the advice you ever need. No pills necessary. Unless you think this is blue pill. I don't. The word 'good' denotes boundaries and standards and not letting people violate them.
