Maybe take it to the car-shop for her, handle all the fitting, drop it back to her, but tell her what sort of price she is looking at for the battery, etc.

I like to stick to my word so I understand the scenario you’re stuck in.

In the future, please be weary of incidents like this. A girl I used to like some years back would often text me asking for random things. A lift here, etc. But I always took a step back and never committed to anything I didn’t want to. It’s a hard decision to make but you have to do it.

It's OK to be nice to people and helping them when in need. However, helping them out and simping are different things and you seem to be snapping out of it thankfully. Be sure to put on your boundaries as soon as possible and you won't be taken advantage of in the future.

What you can do now? First of all, don't act up all offended. You offered to help and that's what you are gonna do! Because a man is a man of his word! Take her car, get it to the shop, get the battery and swap the tires. Return her can and tell her how much the battery cost (make sure to give her the receipt). Don't ask anything for labour. Expect her to pay 100% for the battery or any other costs (e.g. if you were changed to use the shop's tools) (If she refuses, feel free to nuke her). Finally, also tell her that texting you at 3AM is not acceptable and ask her to never do it again.

She will most probably thank you profusely for all that work, so tell her to buy you a coffee instead. Confidently (as if you already expect her to reply positively) ask her if next Tuesday is good (say whatever date/time suits you). Playfully tell her to take you to a nice place and not some cheap-ass cornershop. Proceed with her taking you out for a coffee. If she does indeed think you are cute, this will go well
