Personally, I don't think it has anything to do with being a "player". If you're honestly just looking for a wife or whatever, then so what? I love meeting new people. Yes, females are jealous creatures so of course they'll feel insecure if they know you often do this. Hopefully all of them aren't doing this.

As far as the psychology goes, there are two types of girls, those that for whatever reason are not accustomed to being picked up, and those that accept street approaches and singles bars as a fact of life. When you get someone that doesn't know what it's like being single, you just have to act like pickup is normal.

I went on a first date last week with a girl that just moved to New York City after graduating college. I met her on the subway, and talked to her for maybe 10 minutes and #closed. When I finally met up she said, "I had to ask my roommates if that was a normal thing in New York City. If it was normal for me to meet you." They told her that it was completely normal and that she should meet.

I told her that I talk to people on the subway, or mostly pretty girls like her on the subway. So yeah I basically said "I approach hot girls". This isn't going to hurt you. This is the way life is. If you're out there and observant enough, you notice all the coffee shop approaches, all the catcalls in the street, people meeting on subway platforms and going home with each other. So basically you're bringing her into reality rather than leaving her in this fantasy world where guys never approach.

This girl's just calling it out. Any time a girl thinks you're interested and is still talking to you, it means she's interested. She wants to define what's going on because she's only interested in you romantically, so just let her know that the feeling is mutual. Often times PUAs miss out on this because they're being too cool.

Try making them feel like it is a unique interaction. That there is something special about her and not just a "random" open.

That can help with your follow up game as well because she knows you like a certain quality about her and not just sex.

Not gonna lie, every time a guy hits on me on the street, I kinda assume that I am girl number 14 for the day that he's used the line on.. edit: I just wanna specify that what annoys me about this is more the GUYS that hit on me, as in the fact that they are twice my age and homeless. I feel like if the guy was in my age group and decent, it wouldn't bother me as much and I might actually like it. I should have said this earlier.

Are you talking to all the girls you see on the street when you are doing your daygame? If you are taking pointers from some of the youtube videos that I saw...you are, and it's evident.

So, when a girl is smart enough to see through your game, what do you expect? Sure this community can give you some tools and ideas on how to diffuse that inquiry, but then you'd be tricking her, and in the process train yourself that this seduction thing is all a series of tricks.

If that's your thing, by all means, you are in good company in this board, and continue that way.

But I can tell you that there's an alternative, an alternative that leads to you living a better, more interesting, and more social life.

It all starts from a different mindset, instead of approaching HBs, you talk to anyone and everyone . .. because... it's fun, it's social, it creates interesting conversation.

I do think this stuff is hitting critical mass- especially in urban centers. And tons of guys are just plain doing it wrong and think it's a numbers game. (It's only part of it.)

You're probably making the mistake of grabbing the number and going. Get to know her and see if she's even someone you want to hang out with again. The comfort level follows and you will be leonthepr0fessional instead of random-guy-I-met-on-the-street.
