Yes, of course they exist.

My partner is a feminist and fully acknowledges mens disadvantages in education and mental health. She is also compassionate with male victims of sexual violence. She also has men she respects and is not hostile to masculinity per se.

Unsurprisingly she sometimes got criticized by her feminist sisters for „being too nice to men“, which is the real problem. The misandrists and radicals control the scene, and you just need a handful of them to make it toxic as a whole.

Yeah. A lot of the women in my family are. So is my girlfriend. My girlfriend is a “feminist” gamer who’s into theatre and art. The women in my family are just Southern women who had it pretty tough growing up and kind of defied gender norms at the time. My grandmother used to be apart of the local chapter of NAACP in my hometown.

Of course. Lots of them. I will admit that none of them realized it happened to large men like me however. They were shocked that a woman would abuse someone so capable of smooshing them.

When I was a teenager I had a grown woman literally laugh in my face and then leave when I tried to open up to her about sexism I had experienced. She was a so-called feminist

I’m an adult now and my long term girlfriend identifies as a feminist but makes an effort to understand me and is willing to listen. She does care about men’s issues, and she has a problem with people disregarding them.

Like everything in life it’s all about the individual

Yes, my partner is one such example, there are many like her. Look for women who demonstrate independent mindedness and a personal moral compass, avoid the ones that get their morality from internet groupthink.

I dated a woman who was more in the MRA direction than I was. She was a big fan of GirlWritesWhat.

So when it came to discussing gender issues, she tended to argue on behalf of my gender, and I would argue on behalf of hers. That was an awesome dynamic, because it was like we were defending each other, rather than having this galvanized layer between us.

Actually, many women. All of the women I had relationship with or dated were more or less pro-men. Most of my friends are pro-men. Most of my co-workers are pro-men.

I have found many who are against alimony, unfair division of marital property, unfair division of custody and child support, affirmative action practices etc.

Women face a lot of issues. And, it does not need anyone to be a woman to empathize. Same goes for men's issues. Some women and men are hell bent on turning women anti-man. That's why this kind of sub-reddit is very important because it offers a different narrative.

Yes, many. But they do seem more rare on reddit than in real life. Still, I think men and women are more similar than different, so that even though I am more likely to have more things in common with other men individual differences are so great that gender is only one factor among thousands.

Yes, some of the most passionate male advocates are women, and some of the most misandrist people are men.

Try not to generalize an entire demographic based on your singular experiences, especially if you expect the same courtesy from others.

You'll find that a lot of women are sympathetic to men's issues. But feminism has demonised male advocacy so much that you won't find them shouting their support from the rooftops. They're afraid of being labelled as pickmes and gender traitors for not toeing the party line. Which is completely understandable; I'm sure a lot of men in this sub don't advertise their male advocacy either for similar reasons (myself included).

Of course there's lots. Dare I say most women are, they're finally starting to speak up against the years of false narratives & toxic misandry that has been normalized. Statistics shows every subsequent generation of women are buying less & less into feminism & 45% openly admit that it's hurting men.

That doesn't mean it's going away anytime soon. This death spiral will last for years if not decades more before feminism is well & truly dead. Women are waking up & they are joining us.

Look up great content creators, Dadvocate, Emily King, Roma Army, Courtney Ryan, ShoeOnHead, Lady J, & Lin Watchorn. All left leaning or at least apolitical that regularly talk about mens issues.

They don’t believe the nonsense about men being evil etc etc. Loads of this is social media internet driven nonsense

My ex-wife was extremely sympathetic and understanding about our issues. Not very sympathetic and understanding about a lot of other things, but she definitely recognized the sociopolitical problems and wanted to help do something about it.

And I think when you break down most of the issues, most people will be sympathetic to them. It's when you start describing yourself as a male advocate or actually try to take political action that there ends up being issue. Because any help given to men is seen as help being taken away from women.

I run a bunch of youth groups and there's been an uptick in young women expressing concern and genuine empathy for the difficulty men face around loneliness, lack of emotional support, and lack of services for men in dire situations. It gives me a lot of hope for the future.

It's somewhat doable to find women who agree that men are treated unfairly by society, if you're the one who brings up the topic. They're not the majority, but they exist.

But what's incredibly rare is to find women who will actively speak out / engage in protests / call out other women in order to promote men's rights. You have youtubers karen straughan and pearl, and I don't know anyone else aside from that, and I don't know those women in real life.

So, finding a woman who gives lip service to the idea of men's rights, yes that's doable. Finding a woman who will actively speak out or put effort into it, I don't know any woman who does that.

Yes, that being my mother…sort of. She does care for men’s issues despite being a feminist such as men opening up, but I mostly see her show concern for women’s issues, which is fine, but she does care for male issues while also not believing that you can be sexist to men, and belivies stuff like patrarchy and men being all raised to be selfish or whatnot, and thinks that male loneliness for example is because of men I think.

Nonetheless between the two I’d trust a man more if I were to talk about anything related to male issues, my previous times doing so to her has been a very mixed bag mostly not good. Otherwise I’m sure there are plenty of women are are sympathic to men’s issues (not in a overly victim blaming way), but I guess I never opened up to many women myself.

Yes, quite a few. Look for women who seem balanced and mentally healthy. It is not good for personnal growth to blame everything on others.

One of my friends had a radfem mother. Growing up with that makes you see the insanity. The numbers of sympathetic women should grow with time.

I just realised they all share a similar style: not overly feminized, no long nails or massive makeup, not treating clothing or shopping as a hobby, but not aggressively uncaring either. I guess it's a sign of balance to understand the need to be presentable but not make it main part of your personality... Butches and bimbos care too much about what others think/don't think of them.

They can care about their partner etc but not men in general and absolutely never if it could in some way make women’s lives worse.

I’ve grown to really hate and mistrust women because of this.

That pearly things girl seems like she tries to advocate for men. Don't get me wrong, she has A LOT terrible takes about women. But I heard she has a brother(s?) who's tried to committed suicide 3 times, which is why she advocates for men so much
