Today I officially join the ranks here. The judge signed off on the papers this morning.

I had been lurking here for a while after she dropped the 'divorce bomb' last June. It quickly became daily reading for me, so I went ahead and clicked the join button.

I never actually posted my story. But I quickly found out I didn't need to because I've seen so many others post my story for me. Hahaha.

Quick recap though... Together almost 23 years, married almost 17. We have 2 kids (15 and 13). She wasn't "happy" so I was cut off emotionally and sexually and she proceeded to have an affair.

Divorce started last October and here I am 10 and 1/2 months later. Done.

I feel I'm going to be much better and stronger moving forward. I'd like to thank everyone who posts here either telling their stories or offering advice. I will try and do the same for our future brothers. This is a great community.
