Disclaimer: I do not condone violence. I lost my cool. Basically, my wife moved an hour away somehow. She lied and took out a 10,000 loan and had a friend with rental property and here she is. I have begged for her to go to the lawyer with me to do an uncontested divorce. She says she agrees to the terms, but when it's time to go she always come up with a reason not to. It's either she's trying to get more child support or doesn't want to give me visitation every weekend, which is what I'm asking for. Anyways, two nights ago she was supposed to come get my daughter but she was "tired' I have to be up at 3 am for work but she said she would come get her then. I knew that was bull crap. Sure enough I woke up and no calls no text, no wife. So I drive my daughter an hour to her house and lo and behold some guys truck is there. No one comes to the door so I go around back and get my stepson to let me in. I find some dude covered in tattoos, face and everything, in the bathroom in his underwear. I ask her who that is and she says "who" and I lost it. I slapped her very very hard, then I went in the bathroom and beat the dudes ass. Supposedly I only have two misdemeanor battery charged. I have to turn myself in. All I want is to have my babies every weekend. Do you think I have screwed myself into only getting every other weekend?
