It often seems as though many women’s attraction depends on what a man does or says, or on what he manages to present himself as being (sometimes even pretending), rather than on who he truly is.
If that’s the case, then it seems that the men who are rewarded are precisely those who have no problem giving attention to many women at once, hoping that eventually one of them will take the bait.
Am I missing something, or is there a psychological explanation for this?
