High value men, or men TRPs would call alpha, don't want feminine (as defined as weak and submissive) women. I base this on my life experience of seeing male jocks date female jocks. Many of these women are attractive and look as feminine as any woman when they aren't training or competing, but they are generally strong, assertive and confident, not weak and submissive.

Men don't really know what they want. Proof? You'll never see a girl getting wifed up faster than Stacey the beautiful party girl. Then of course if the marriage falls apart the man goes bitching in the Manosphere, but he is attracted to all the things he claims to hate, or he would not have found himself on the Red Pill to begin with.

a lot of men also like really fit women, the kind who put in work in the weight room, which is a really masculine trait. very feminine women have the kinds of interests and personalities that a lot of men (the men I know, anyway) find annoying: they like makeup, shopping, Kardashians, their friends' babies, etc.

Yep, I think it was /u/SmurfESmurferson who brought this up a week or two ago. A lot of guys here say they're attracted to "femininity" but it's more like they're attracted to female-bodied people who act as little like women as possible. (See the recent thread about girls affirming each other for an example of annoyance/disgust at women acting like women.)

Men want to trick women into being "feminine" thinking it will make their lives better. This opens them up to abuse by dark triad types. They think women need to be humbled not knowing many women were tormented and teased. They want to tell women "No this doesn't make you happy" even when it does and want to deny women what they like. If men say money and freedom make them happy yet say it's bad for me, I call bullshit. Yeah I should be soft and yielding to an abuser and never get my way. Nope. Your tiny little peener is not that important.

This doesn't have anything to do with looks, it's all about the attitude. Not afraid to be submissive and deferential to her partner when she's being treated well, more graceful in the way she carries herself, sweeter disposition, things like that. More of a traditional type.

I think like everything it's balance. I want a woman who shows some vlassicly feminine traits but I also like a woman who games care of her body and lifts weights. Plus I like girls who can put up with my dark sense of humour, and give back what I dish out, and humour is considered historically a masculine trait.

Except for the one with the masculine face...I'm sure she's hot for some, but not my cup of tea there.

Those are some very ugly ladies. First face is cuter though. Second face looks trans.

As for behaviours, western women are tolerable at best in platonic situations. While western and eastern women are still women and display the same feminine traits, there is no desire to escape from feminine traits in the company of eastern women.

Femininity is great, but mix it with western culture and "not like other girls" becomes the most attractive thing imaginable.

You are mistakenly conflating femininity with estrogen. Estrogen =/= femininity. Average hormonal profile = femininity/masculinity.

Estrogen is just one of a cocktail of sex hormones which men and women possess. As long your hormonal profile falls within the broad range of average, then that's fine.

Above or below average levels of sex hormones are bad. Men who use steroids become a comically bad caricature of masculinty: grotesquely unnatural amount of muscle mass; fragile ego; highly emotional which spills into aggressive outbursts; paranoid about physical threats and challenges from other men; highly stressed and anxious. More does not equal better.

I'm being serious when I say that I wouldn't be surprised to find out that Donald Trump is juicing. He displays all the negative traits of steroid abuse. He probably takes a dose at 3am and goes straight on twitter!

The women in the first two photos both have great bodies, and look like they fall within the normal estrogen range.

The first woman is the real definition of ''curvy'', before the term got hijacked. She has a nice flat stomach, wide hips, and her fat storage is in all the right places.

The only reason her body doesn't look quite as good as the woman in the second photo, is because the first lady is slightly older, so she's lost a little bit of skin elasticity. So, it's nothing to do with her proportions.

The woman in the third photo is very pretty, but just gets failoed by her hair and complexion. Give her blonde or brunette hair, slightly more colour in her face, and no freckles, and she's hotter than 95%+ of young women.

The woman in the fourth loses her attractiveness because of the manly jaw. She probably had developmental testosterone levels outside the norm.

I think most men do want feminine women. I agree that most men don't prefer hyper-feminine women, but that doesn't mean they want "a gay man in a woman's body." Personally I'll admit my favorite type of women is physically more masculine than other women (meaning she runs well, has toned muscle) but is still feminine spirited. Sometimes I do wish I was gay but that is a separate issue.

How do you know the first one has more estrogen than the second?

Even though she has a better ratio waist/hips, her thighs are too close to one another, she doesn't really look like she has wide hips. The first one is maybe more likely to get a c-section while birthing.

But it's maybe not linked to estrogen....

The first female face you show is highly feminine, but the only masculine trait I find in the second one is her jaw that is a bit too large, and also the fact that she seems to not deposits much fat in her face. Thick eyebrows and long eyelash are sign of masculinity but you can't really know what she naturally got.

When I think of 'femininity', I think of qualities, not physiological attributes or hormonal fluctuations.

That said, the 'highly feminine face' is more attractive to me than the 'mixed-features' face, though neither are particularly attractive. And I'm not seeing how the one body type is somehow 'more feminine' than the other. Having a hormone imbalance towards estrogen doesn't make someone 'more feminine', it means they might have a health problem. '100% estrogen' is not 'most feminine.'

I understand what you are saying. In my experience, men can only hold frame for so long before they start to get really frustrated and either try to fix it or just tune out. The problem is that when men tune out, you are severing a connection in the relationship and losing an opportunity to build closeness. When I need to vent, I call my friends, my mom, my sisters. I let my guy know I'm frustrated, but I try not to make him my sounding board. It somehow kills attraction. The guy feels neutered because he can't fix it. I don't know if this makes any sense but I've seen it happen over and over. There are certain words I use: "I feel frustrated/overwhelmed/surprised/happy/sad/excited/bored about x/y/z." That's it. One sentence. And then just drop the ball. I go into another room. Like clockwork, he will come in 5 mins later and say something trying to engage me (but not necessarily talking about the thing I said). But he's trying to get closer. He's walking towards my space. That's his way of saying 'I'm here for you'. Men want to win with their women. They want to be the heroes. We can't put them in a losing position (sounding board).

I don't know if this makes any sense.

I understand what you are saying. In my relationship I've noticed that went I vent, it causes a lost opportunity for connection with my guy. Because I'm basically asking him to sit there and be a sounding board, I am somehow neutering his ability to be a man. This is seriously what it feels like to them. Most guys will get very frustrated very quickly and either lose frame (by trying to fix it), or just tune out altogether. And if they tune out you will pick up on it. I keep it very simple: "I feel frustrated/excited/overwhelmed/sad/happy about x/y/z." That's it. One sentence. Then I walk into the other room. 5 minutes later, like clockwork, he will walk into the room and try to engage with me (not necessarily about the thing I said). He is walking into my space, coming towards me. It's his way of saying, "I'm here for you". He is coming towards me. I'm not trying to get his attention. Try it. It's fun to see. It works every time. And attraction/closeness stays intact. Men want to be heroes to their women. They don't want to be put in a losing position (sounding board). I call my mom, friends, sisters for that. I don't know if this makes any sense or sounds preachy but it's something I've figured out....

You're kind of right. But it depends on how you define "truly feminine". If you define it in terms of estrogen etc, sure.

By the same token, women don't want hypermasculine men either. Why? If Baron-Cohen is right, then asperger's and autism are cases of the "extreme male brain" and yet a disproportionate number of nerds/aspies/etc. are found in TRP.

What this shows is that hormones are only one factor in our gender concepts.
