Of course. In the past women need to find men to take care of them. Nowadays the government and society in general just tax men to subsidizes women. It obviously ain't worth it for women to marry anymore.

Men simply can not be pleased. Men are illogical, irrational, cruel, and untrustworthy. Nearly every bad thing they say about women is just a projection.

If nice guys got laid, men would all act nice. It is just age old wisdom. Given the fact that women have sex with cruel, lying assholes instead of nice men, its no wonder that men are, well, being assholes.

Women are clearly better human beings than men, generally.

Men actually have to be productive and intelligent, and compete in the cruel dog eat dog world to even get a morsel of recognition and attention. All women need to do is not be fat and "be human" for the world to start revolving around them. It's no wonder women are better at "being human" when men need to be out and about working like machines to make the world go round just to satisfy their basic physiological needs.

The only logical conclusion to the "gender war" is that women will eventually get tired of men and refuse relationships and sex altogether, outside of paying young, tall, alpha Chads in their early 20s for occasional sex.

Anecdotally, I’ve noticed something similar, but with some crucial differences to what you’ve suggested:

Firstly, they’re about 38 and over - there are no women in their 20s I know of who are doing this - it’s not even on their radar because they can’t conceive of the idea that they won’t be in a relationship when they’re older.

Secondly, their problem seems to be essentially this - desirable men who are roughly their age and in the same boat - i.e. single, childless - are also desirable to women in their early 30s and even late 20s in some cases. So unless there’s something genuinely special about her in his eyes then he’s more likely to drift towards the younger women because … he can.

Then there’s the other men - these are the less desirable ’nice guys’ - the kind of guys they wouldn’t have looked twice at much less have thought of as partner material. Some women bite the bullet with these guys and they pair off.

However, some of those guys - the guys who’ve been on the substitute bench as it were - are wise to this and resent being the substitute. This makes them act like assholes which becomes a massive turn off.

Then there’s the undesirable guys - these ones are geeky, under- or overweight, poorly dressed with a constant supply of print T-shirts and/or functioning alcoholics with bad teeth. These women gag at the idea of being anywhere near them and that’s that.

So then there’s online dating - but the age thing trips them up and so when they’re looking for a guy about 35-45 they instead consistently get dates with guys who are more like 50-60 … old men basically.

Probably at this point, they quit and get a dog.

Meh. I'm an inferior male specimen. When I die in hospice surrounded by no one it will be a boon to the gene pool for I will not have contributed.

Maybe I'll contribute to society in that I'll dedicate some money to buying billions of dollars in canned food and water so that I can ship them to all the local food banks and soup kitchens and maybe a few pet shelters. I also plan on giving the rest of my money to charity. Maybe curing AIDS or some other horrible disease.

Yes some women are deciding to not date for long periods of time. Maybe their career or other interests are more important. If a man did this, he'd be a confirmed bachelor and admired for being so independent. But if a woman does the exact same thing, it's a gender statement? I think you're jumping to conclusions.

As a woman my outlook is that I don't "need" a man; I do want a man. I recognize the positive things a man can bring into my life. And the only hard part for a woman is to find the compatible ones.

It's a minority sentiment, even less so than for men. Feminists have responded to the male marriage strike, or the looming threat thereof, by (in Canada) expanding "common law" marriage statutes so that guys get roped in without their explicit consent and (in the USA, if Hillary gets elected) expanding "pay equity" laws to artificially ensure that women "earn" as much as men so they don't need a provider.

I don't see any social movements or laws moving in the direction that would suggest men are worried about women opting out.

Women need men to provide for them either in a consensual relation, or being roped in by a common law marriage, or after a no fault divorce, or through the existing tax regime, or by disingenuous "pay equity" laws.

They are terrified on a subconscious level and don't want to walk away from men unless they can take the guy's wallets with them.

Unless they're middle-aged, not quite. Marriage is such a sweet deal for women that they're the first ones to want to get in, but they're also the first ones to want to leave. Women initiate divorce at a higher rate, but they don't do so to write men off. Those women were sexually active in their younger days and were sleeping with Chads. They'd love to go back to those days, which is why they're leaving. Then they discover it's worse off when there aren't any men around - no free protection, no one to do the heavy lifting, that extra higher salary is gone too - so they're definitely not happy. They also harbor resentment towards men because they cannot get a "good" one despite treating men as disposable.

While I would not want to see a world without women, because I think women contribute to the general well being of society, you cannot ignore everything men have done - died in wars, protecting people, doing the heavy lifting, risking their lives far more to provide, inventing stuff that people use today, building things that people use - and simply write them off. They did the heavy lifting, they invent and maintain the communication devices you use to spread your (questionable) ideas, so it is rather ironic to claim that women are better when men have made life easier for everyone, including you.

Furthermore, I'd love to see any man-hater abandon all technology and modern living in a bid to write off men. You'd have to live like a hermit to do so. Which brings me to my next point:

Some serious issues with this one. Firstly, women would not pay for sex. Ever. It just doesn't happen. Hell, I'd love to see more FA women get the kind of advice the men do "go hire a male prostitute" and see if that goes down well. Secondly, those Chads get the pick of the women. Women are attracted to them. You cannot negotiate attraction. What gets you horny, gets you horny. Or do you believe women don't have sex drives?

So good luck attempting to pay Chad - who is probably in charge of or manages a company that provides essential services to women as well - for sex when women are offering him pussy at a premium. He's probably coining it already and since he can get any woman he wants, why the heck should he sleep with anyone except the hottest women around? Why would he take the money of a horny 40 year old when there's a fresh 18 year old begging to be his pleasure toy?

These men are rare for a reason. The fact that you feel women are entitled to them first and foremost pretty much highlights the current problem in the sexual market place and you're feeding TRP more ammo. Women won't always admit it, but they only really feel attraction towards the top tier men.

Thirdly, it would be impossible for women to refuse sex and relationships with men altogether. Why? Because men are the ones that develop society. They're the ones doing the dangerous work, the shitty work that makes society run. Let's see more female garbage workers, oil rig workers, loggers, miners, construction workers, engineers, etc then you could maybe think of ditching men.

Your argument is terribly flawed and sexist. Imagine if someone said "Men are clearly better human beings than men" or if they said "Nazis are clearly better beings than Jews" or "Whites are clearly better beings than blacks" - if you cannot substitute another race or gender without sounding like you're sexist or racist, then you're probably being sexist or racist.

If you hate men that much, you don't have to deal with them at all. But just remember who built those roads, houses, power infrastructure, cars, internet services, phones, computers and everything that makes your life easier: men.

Amazing how men cannot do the same to get her to cook and clean. Take note, she is typically the type who has written men off. She feels entitled to only the best men, despite those men having moved on to younger women. She feels men should do work for her and she never has to, and she never has to bother with sex with them either. It's common sense that when you're older, it's harder to get married. Do women really expect Chad to happily be waiting when she's 40 despite the fact that he was sleeping with her when she was 20? Do women honestly think he cannot get another vagina or thinks hers is somehow special? When she's 40-something and single, Chad is nailing her daughter. What makes you think when you're 40 Chad's going to want to sleep with you when he can get girls half your age easily?

Good luck with that. The beta males may fall for it. But most real men know that medium value and high value women won't go for this. Only low value women would even think of pursuing this route, and I say good riddance. Low value women can always be replaced by either immigration or younger generations. Women outnumber men, and the younger generations have more women than men, so this isn't a game for men to win, but for women to lose.

The women are walking away from men tend to be the ones who couldn't lock down the alpha male that gave them tingles. I'm willing to wager that such women have a list of what a man should have prior settling, an unreal list.

Now considering the gender bias against men in society, most simply won't give women the commitment they crave. That commitment will only screw them over should the woman decide she wants out (for any benign reason).

Women who decide to walk out of the hetero-relationship game didn't do it by choice, their perception of what modern patriarchy is did set the scene for the demeanour men adopt around them. Basically the scenario for women you described came after men quickly clicked onto the fact that ltr dating and marriage isn't worth it for them. In men's case, it is more like quitting gambling in a casino since they're unlikely to benefit from it yet lost a lot. In women's case it is more like hating that expensive accessory because you lack the means to get it the way you want it to be.
