Life tip for you lads. Her income doesn’t matter, her spending habits do. A teacher who is truly low maintenance will best out a lawyer wife who wants to keep up with the joneses

Don’t look at her money, look at her lifestyle. And no they aren’t correlated (rich people can be simple, poor people can have terrible spending Habits). Also found the more she cares about money the more hypergamous she will be in general.

Someone that compares herself to others nonstop will compare her man to others and when she finds one that is better - you’re on the block

I have two main standards.

1 - IQ

2 - Weight (or more BMI)

I don't care about income, I care about idiocy, or more importantly lack there of.

Weight is obvious.

There are other things that matter of course, lots of them, but those two are absolute deal breakers.

Yep. I expect her to be thoughtful, caring, down to earth, and open to new experiences. Bonus points for health consciousness (to a point), and physical activity at a similar level to mine. There's a bunch of other stuff as well, but those are the top things.
Yep. The only people who have gutter level standards are the ones who think women's standards are somehow absurdly high. They really aren't in my own experience.

I also only exclusively do LTRs though.

I only have standards if she expects me to spend money. If she's fine living a simple life with only my income to live on, then I'm fine with that.
Not having casual sex more than one time (a similar attitude towards sex as me) is one I definitely stick to. Other than that, my other standards are typical (not a racist, no hardcore drug use, etc.).

I would atleast desire a pay grade above a waitress or any other simple because that means you are atleast able to survive and treat yourself.
In looks I'm not asking for more than a decent face and a good body (not necessarily the hourglass build but not obese). I also would desire a fun personality and anything opposite of a bitch.
Your average guy is going to make more than your average woman regardless due to many factors but for beauty their going to have to put in more effort since men are less attractive naturally.

I plan to some day get married (only because I want kids) which means she needs to make close to what I do. Unfortunately that filters out most women already, and I'm dating women a few years younger than me (25) so most I meet aren't even working yet. I'm trying to find women who are smart because that's the best predictor for earning potential.

Other standards: feminine (ie. Not a feminist), tidy, can cook and likes doing it, into fitness as a lifestyle. Aside from that we just need chemistry, if she checks all those boxes but talking to her is like pulling teeth then obviously it's not going to work.

Assuming the woman has the clasic standards all women have. (AKA I need to change in order to be attractive, masculine, aquire some level of status/money before being considered etc) ... then I have other standards.

I have to be physically attracted to her.

I am childfree, she should be too.

She must be pleasant to be around.

I don't tolerate lies.

I want to be her best option and I want her to be aware that I am actually her best option.

Sex life, we must have one, and one that is good for both of us.

Since she wants my best, I want her best. If I find out that she treated anyone better than me in any aspect that is bad, really bad.

Most men don't get to have standards.

I just don’t want to have to pay for her to do everything I want to do, which isn’t that expensive, just go out to some mid level restaurants like 50$ out the door including tip for two of us.

If it was a very young/pretty girl genuinely into me and she didn’t have the money yet I’d probably pay for both of us. Largely because it takes forever to start a career and she has that excuse for being broke.

If she really wants kids she’s gonna need a career that’s at least 50k /year with low to minimal debt because it takes two incomes to make it in CA

I'm not a TRP guy, more of a Trad than anything but I thought I would share my own criteria. FYI happily married with a newborn, been together 7 years. I am 28.

I am not the most attractive man in the world but not ugly either, and a bit overweight as well. It would be quite hypocritical for me to expect my partner to exceed me here, and I would not do so. Maybe if I was magazine cover ready my standards would change, but on looks my main criteria is that I find the individual attractive. I don't think you can have a successful LTR without that. My wife is somewhat more attractive than me and has a similar body type. Both of us are still able to be active and regularly do so, our main weakness being unhealthy food and I honestly prefer a woman with similar tastes than a twig who only eats salad.

In terms of income, I care less about take-home pay than I do work ethic. I work hard and I want a woman who does too. My wife and I were both in school when we met, but we've both worked our asses off to get where we are now. Unlike most women, my wife can keep pace with most men when it comes to physical labor and would probably make some here look weak. She has worked alongside me on a lot of things, from hauling in scrap metal for extra cash to helping put a new roof on my parents house (few things are more attractive to me than a woman who can climb a ladder with a bag of roofing shingles over her shoulder).

My wife just left her job at the beginning of the year when she got pregnant, but is working on getting her RN while she raises our son and plans to work once he starts going to school. I make good money and am a workaholic so we don't need her to support our standards of living, we'd both rather her be able to find a satisfying position that has flexibility and let's get handle the home. Currently she handles everything at home but I pick up some slack when she is working (laundry, cook occasionally).

The biggest thing for me is a similar view of the world. We both have relatively traditional views of family life, and think it's the man's job to focus outwards on the world as the woman focuses inward on the family. That said, we recognize that there is some overlap going both ways and I don't expect my wife to act like I'm her boss. We are partners, and equals, with different areas of responsibility. I've had someone say we reminded him of a great depression couple more than a 50s one, which I think fits. Especially when you consider where we came from (both of our families are full of substance abusers and people with mental health issues, success did come easily or naturally to us) and how hard we have worked to get here.

We are both opposed to modern promiscuity and one night stand culture. My wife did have a few encounters that were essentially statutory rape when she was very young but only had one other consensual partner before me (boyfriend of 1 year). I saved myself for a LTR and got lucky enough to hit a home run in my first at bat. I don't think you need to wait for marriage to have sex, but you should definitely be in a long term relationship. I would not be with someone who voluntarily had a large number of partners.

Overall I'd rather have a ride or die woman who will stick with me through everything and work alongside me to make a good life for all of us. I'm very blessed that I have found that woman, we've had a lot of struggles and if anything it's just made us stronger and brought us together.

I don't care about a woman's income at all.
The most important standards are physical attractiveness, sexual desire and a nice personality. One can be more flexible in the other areas.

I'm in the almost-poor bracket, so she needs to be able to support herself and children. Otherwise, my beta thinking might take over and I'll try to take care of her. So my range of income or higher.

Money magement skills are a must, or at least be willing to learn them.

Single moms: don't use all your disposable income on yourself. Save, and use some on your kids.

I like to date smart, professional, independent women
I am financially stable and I just don't have much in common with people who are crippled by debt and live paycheck-by-paycheck; it's not just the money part, but also personality
I am no longer into footing the bill for dates, I am up for fancy dinner and even trips together, but we each pay our own way

I would not describe myself as red-pilled, but instead, as a person who has taken a very critical look at gender and data rather than relying on beliefs or how things "should be". I consider myself a desirable guy, I am thirty-four and have never been single longer than a few months. About 8 or 9 LTRs, a lot of hookups, currently focused on finding marriage material and in a long term relationship.

I have definite standards regarding women's incomes. However, this is because I am financially doing well and my social circle is also doing well-- everyone would doubt the motives of a barista who was dating me. Income, to some extent, is also usually a proxy for intelligence.

However, women who make more than the man they are with are phenomenally more likely to be unhappy, cheat, and mistreat them. I have seen how horrible these relationships are. As the wage gap closes, women are becoming more and more unhappy.

Because women want a man who makes more than them. By at least 15%. So, if all pay were equal for men/women, then that means that at least 15% of women would never be able to secure a partner they would be happy with. Which is why we have tons of single 30-something women. It is not because they cannot find a partner, it is because they will not be happy with what they can get.

So, the ideal income for a woman is a minimum above $60k, but more ideally, about 50-75% of what I make. Keep in mind, the income of most men goes towards women, much more than the income of women goes towards men. I.E. if I am dating, odds are I am paying about 60-70% of the time, and odds are relationship expenses will fall on me.

I have tons of other standards I stick to strongly. College education, reasonable body-count (for long term consideration, hookups can slut it up all they want), from a good family, no mental illness (mild anxiety is okay), age limits, etc.

When men say all a woman has to do is "just exist" that is just an expression of whining, defeat, and weakness. Women actually have to do a lot to get a quality man. Just existing is probably enough for a lower quality man. But that does not work for a higher quality man.

Egotistically, I am pretty high quality. I have a great job, wonderful friends, I am a generous lover, a really good listener, and an asset to my relationships. I do not think most men can say even one of those things. I will channel my inner Jaime Lannister here-- "there are no other men like me". Well, that's a stretch, there are many better than me, but the vast majority of men, probably like 98%, are not.

The average American man makes only $52k, weighs 197lbs but can only bench press 135lbs, has only traveled to possibly Mexico or Canada. They do not lead any organization, have not held a political office, or made any business executive decision. I mean, it is not hard to be better than that.

But they aren't, so yeah.

Women have it so easy to earn income now. They can be an eTHOT, influencer, stripper, sugar baby, etc. There are more women graduating college now and having older men buy them shit.
