How to have an EASY LTR

This post is an amalgam of two prior posts with additional details and instructions. u/redpillschool has pointed out my last post was pretty bare, so I have copy pasted and added a lot. It is now a very long read.

I have had great success and happiness from LTRs. Handled properly an LTR is a wonderful thing. Just remember that it has a use by date, you will get bored with her, or she will get bored with you. Humans are not monogamous and the idea that a relationship can be Disney style "happily ever after" is a blue pill delusion that you need to snap out of. All LTRs, given enough time (we are talking decades, not months or years) will become boring at best, or someone will cheat/ leave.

The LTR flair is not used very often in here and the posts are usually a warning against LTRs. There are a few decent posts but not much other than the usual "be alpha", "captain/ first mate", "do not get married". If you want an LTR on EASY mode then it is extremely simple, only stay in the LTR if it is EASY. I like LTRs and I like spinning plates. I have had very successful LTRs (I am old) so here is my simple advice.

This is not a joke or an oversimplification. If an LTR is worth having then it should be EASY. In both the blue pill world and the manosphere you will find endless long winded and boring lists on how to make your LTR work. In the blue pill world you will hear over and over again "a good relationship is hard work, you need to work at it!" Well that is just fucking stupid, if your relationship is hard work then get out of there fast. Do not fall victim to the sunken costs fallacy. If it is hard work then why bother? Go back to spinning plates. In the manosphere you will also find long winded and boring posts by married manginas attempting to rationalise their idiotic choices in life and feel alpha even though they are miserable (married red pill I am looking at you).

My good LTRs had one thing in common. They were not hard work, they were EASY. So keep things simple, do not try and just make sure you are happy. The blue pill lie about relationships being hard work is a total lie, do the opposite. If it is hard work, end it now, you are only working towards making yourself miserable. So to summarise (repetition is a great learning device), if it is EASY, stay, if it requires work or overthinking, leave. Yes it really is that simple.

This does not mean cut and run at the first sign of trouble. Your relationship should be at least 80% enjoyable. You need to look at the relationship a whole and decide if it is at least 80% happy. Everyone fights, everyone has problems. In a good LTR you deal with problems as a team and the problems actually strengthen the bond. What you need to identify is if she is the problem, if you are the problem, or is it an external problem. If it is her, NEXT, if it is you, alpha up you fucking pussy, if it is external, then face it together.

So now for some instructions and details on how to get the LTR that most men crave.

SCREENING:

This is the part where you choose a woman (or dare I say she chooses you) for an LTR (notice I did not say marriage, I said LTR, marriage is a bad idea unless you live in Saudi Arabia). First things first, there are no unicorns. She will have some red flags. It is up to you which red flags you will tolerate. I personally think an LTR with a woman with more than three red flags is not tenable. Aim for one, you will probably have to accept two, and three is JUST under the threshold for sustainability. In my opinion some red flags are deal breakers. I will list those at the top in CAPITALS.

The others are a matter of choice and preference, some guys will be more accepting of a party girl, some more accepting of a broken family, some more accepting of a high n-count (find me an attractive girl over 21 who does not have a high n-count?). There are no unicorns so decide what are your deal breakers. The red flags in capitals are deal breakers though, do not go there. I also accept that some or many of you will find other red flags in the list to be total deal breakers, that is fine (single mums, I'm looking at you). Your opinion might change with age or you may hold fast to your preferences. So here is my list, decide which are dealbreakers for you and which are just red flags (again, they ALL have red flags, there is no such thing as a unicorn). The list is not exhaustive.

• SIGNIFICANT CRIMINAL RECORD
• PREVIOUSLY DATED/ HUNG WITH GANGSTERS
• CHILDREN TO MULTIPLE DADS
• SIGNIFICANT MENTAL ILLNESS
• SERIOUS DRUG OR ALCOHOL ADDICTION
• CLAIMS TO HAVE BEEN ABUSED MULTIPLE TIMES
• full on party girl
• high n-count
• excessive tattoos and/ or piercings
• minor mental illness
• traumatic childhood
• single mum
• very dysfunctional family
• financially irresponsible
• has significant debts
• does not behave in a feminine manner
• drug/alcohol abuse
• feminist (with a small f, genuine feminazis are a dealbreaker)
• extremely needy
• too independent (she has been brainwashed into thinking this is a good thing, she is a strong independent woman!!)

Add your own to the list, put some in capitals, or feel free to add or rank in comments. Each guy will have different priorities and to some guys certain red flags are attractive (anyone for a needy/ tattooed girl?). Also some red flags can be fixed or ameliorated (financially irresponsible, too independent, drug/ alcohol abuse, bad childhood), a strong masculine man who holds frame makes those nasties go away.

THE RULES:

I have had some very successful long term relationships with women and many short term/ ONS relationships. LTRs are a different animal entirely to STRs so if you are going to go down this dangerous path then you better make sure you are driving and you do NOT need a co-pilot. I DO NOT WHOLEHEARTEDLY RECOMMEND LTRs. They are dangerous and you WILL get hurt, it is just a matter of when. Nothing lasts forever, either you will get bored of her or she will get bored of you. Humans are not biologically monogamous. LTRs have a use by date, know this going in. Belief in soul mates or happily ever after is toxic blue pill programming.

This is your journey, she does as she is told or she is fucking GONE. This approach is no good unless you have genuine abundance (not in your head, actual abundance meaning you can get several new girls within a matter of weeks) and an IDGAF attitude. Unless you are already there then do not attempt an LTR. So if you are there, and you want an LTR for whatever reason (including that you might want kids) then here we go. My attitude is old school and extreme but it works better than many other models I have seen.

I advocate a combination of leadership mixed with comfort and fun. (NOTICE THE COMFORT/ FUN ELEMENT - this post will not tell you how to do that, it should be easy). I do not agree with the Captain/ First mate dynamic that is often quoted in here. Giving a woman the title of first mate or indeed any significant leadership role at all is like giving matches to child. They are not suited to any form of management or responsibility so it is your job to treat her like the ridiculous emotional being that she is. She has duties and responsibilities, not a title or a leadership role. It is your job to lead and guide her and contain her emotions. If you give her the title of "first mate", do not be fucking surprised the first time she says: "belay that order" in front of your friends and family.

Mate guarding is another thing that is frowned upon in here as it is considered to be beta behaviour. Some of what I am about to recommend could be wrongly thought of as mate guarding, it is not. It is treating a poisonous snake like a poisonous snake, it can and will bite you unless it is contained and handled properly. If you want to let your bitch go out drinking or partying with her friends then go for it, just do not complain when you taste Chad's cum next time you kiss her. Remember we no longer live in a society which has any respect for your rights as a man so you need to lay down the law and stick to it. If she ever breaks any of your MAJOR rules then YOU HARD NEXT HER. There are no second chances here, not even one chance, she breaks your rules badly then she is fucking gone. Minor breaches should be immediately remedied before they become a major breach. She has no need to break your rules, if she wants to go somewhere, do something, buy something, see someone, all she has to do is tell you.

So onto the rules. They are simple, do not break the rules, do not bend them. Here they are:

1. She does exactly as she is told and she does it the way you tell her to. She will need a lot of instructions sometimes, that is OK so long as she is trying. Do not allow her to do things her way, that is her attempting to gain power. She has no power, she wants no power. You are the lord and commander and she is your lucky companion. Do not be a dick, maybe she tries something and does it wrong, that is fine so long as she tries.

2. She does not go anywhere without your permission. She has no outside interests which are not approved by you. She only associates with people you approve of. Give a bitch an inch and she will get 6-9 inches inside her before you know it. She has no male friends, she does not ever hang out alone with men, she does not drink without you (she is a child, she cannot be trusted with alcohol). None of this is mate guarding, it is common sense. If your bitch needs male friends or to go out drinking with the girls then she has not submitted to you. All she needs is you, sure she can get her hair done, have a reasonable shopping budget, hang out with some other moderate well mannered girls, be with her family. She can go get some dinner with decent girlfriends who you know or see a movie, do sport etc. She CANNOT ever socialise at night unless you know where she is and with who. She always takes your calls and she never has an excuse not to text or call you immediately on your request. She is NEVER late.

3. You make ALL important decisions. Sure you can ask her opinion if you want to. Also leave women stuff up to her, decorating, household routines, these should come naturally to her or she is not feminine and WTF are you doing with a useless woman? You cannot turn a ho into a housewife. You should also remember that she does not need to be forced into doing shit she does not enjoy. Treat her like a woman, you take her to things that you know she enjoys, this is the comfort part of your job. You should be taking good care of her and making her life fun. She should be thrilled every time you say "let's do this". You are alpha, you are the king, she trusts you completely because you make good decisions. You do not expect her to watch the demolition derby or UFC at the pub (but she will often want to because she loves to be with you and see you happy). So not only do you make all the decisions, you make good decisions. Your decisions delight her.
 That is basically it. The rest is up to you. You are the boss, you make all decisions. She is not your first mate, she does as she is told and that is it. If you delegate 100% of the housework to her then that is what she does. You do not ask her for financial advice or tips on how to do your job, you do not consult with her about anything which require leadership. Your job is to relieve her of the heavy burden of "Thinking". Thinking is the thing she hates the most, she does not want to think, she wants to live in a world of feels. It is your job to keep her happily and comfortably ensconced in your frame, the minute she tries to assume control of a relationship , you have failed and she is gone and it is your fault. Do not come in here whinging that your bitch got railed by Chad, you gave her the keys to his door.

Maybe this form of relationship is not for you. Maybe you think women have functioning brains and should be treated more respectfully, maybe you believe in the Captain/ First mate dynamic. That is fine, I am presenting an alternate way. In most of the world before feminism appeared no-one would have thought to ask a woman's opinion on how to run a relationship, family or business. I still cannot believe we let them vote. However here we are, if you want to try out an old school style of relationship, then the above is how I did it. You should be prepared to next her ass at any moment if she ever breaks your rules. Permanent inbuilt dread is crucial to your success as the boss in the relationship. You can love her, you can be scared to lose her, but you must be willing to lose her in order to keep her.

I do think it would be cruel to set such a high standard for a woman while she is in a supporting role for you, and to betray that. To each their own but if you want to expect total devotion, it is mutually exclusive with being a player.
