I think it's just that our female brains haven't evolved to be able to do these menial household chores. We evolved from ancient gatherers, so our brains are primed to do shopping and other important female stuff. But I respect men so much and their innate ability to know exactly how to clean a video game console! Their masculine brains are much more suited to household drudgery than ours, it's biological fact 😊
