Usually when they ask right off the bat they are looking for something casual or looking for something one sided. I had one claim he was looking for marriage and kids and marriage was the dealbreaker, yet he still texted a lot and took me out. But then he stopped responding as much and blamed it on "being busy".

I read it here, I think, that if you say you’re looking for LTR or more they do that boyfriend morphing thing because they think a woman looking for that won’t date/ sex around ON THEM while they do what they like on your time. They want to secure your faithfulness for as little in return.

i usually go with “i’m looking to connect with rad people and see where it goes from there; what about you?” it’s vague enough that it doesn’t put me in any compromising positions and gets them to show their hand. most men respond that they’re looking for something casual (bye) or that they’re not rad (which i believe, also bye).

I never know how to answer this question either. If you tell them you don't know, and they are looking for a LTR, they might decide that you're not looking for the same thing, and ghost, and if you say you're seeking an LTR, then you're gonna open yourself up to being played.
