At some indeterminate point in the past men seemed to be concerned with being manly and accomplished for women, and no fucks given about abs, Chads, dicks, or why women have sex.

However somewhere along the way men became concerned with being hot enough for women, or alternately worried about a women's motivation for sex with them.

CMV; this concern with a woman's motivation and a desire for her sexual validity is deeply off-putting. Typically women are concerned with why people do things, and ideally men just do.

Anecdotally, I don't think my husband has ever given 2 fucks about why I'm having sex with him. As far as he's concerned had sex, don't curr. I find this an ideal and attractive stance as he's not in my head and I don't have to posture for him. He wants to fuck, he fucks; he's not crippled by the ghosts of dicks past or whether I'm reeeaallly into it at the moment, he just presumes I'm game, that his dick is the best, and that's it.

I may not be a man, but I'm a woman sensitive to masculinity and my husband's complete disregard for my inner world seems pretty masculine to me.

Convince me that men worrying about being the hottest, or worried about what women are thinking is not actually unattractive feminine behavior.

This is not an excuse to:

  • complain about online dating
  • complain about hypergamy
  • complain about feminism/FDS/pink pill
  • complain about dead bedrooms
  • engage in whataboutism
  • explain why men think this way

I understand why, I need someone to convince me it's not unattractive feminine behavior.
