How important is a man's voice?

It would probably need to be really quite bad to turn me off completely. Although, living in Glasgow I do really hate that particularly nasal east end accent. However it also seems to be attached to the kind of people who would turn me off anyway so not sure how much of that is the voice.

I don't think it's as important as physical traits, but if you have a nasally voice it probably does detract from your desirability a bit. Not to the same extent that being short or having an ugly face would tho.

Yes. However, the voice has to be extremely annoying/jarring, and I have only met like 2 men in my entire life who fit that category. If a man's voice bothers me, then I will reject him.

Depends on the voice. If his voice is like Mike Tyson or just very high pitched then no. A friend of mine who is a male model he has worked in model agencies and there’s this dude with a very weird voice not high pitched but just weird and that causes trouble with girls. And also to be honest have you seen that movie grown ups believe me women laugh at men with high pitches voices.

There was a guy I dated last year who had a noticeable gay lisp, though he was (apparently) completely straight. I thought it was hilarious and it made him more interesting to me.

I think I'm much more likely to write off a weird voice as a "quirk" than I am a certain facial feature.

Like if a guy has unkempt beard or like a weird nose or something, that would bother me more.

Most voices are attractive to me in some way.

oh that would be a turn off. a high pitched nasal voice makes me see a man in a less masculine lens. it has to be pretty extreme though.

deep husky voices on the other hand make me weak in the knees

For me I never thought of the voice itself because it is not important. I think the tone of the voice is more important. I have a crush on this guy who has this nasal and unpleasant voice. However the way he speaks is so charming. He speaks in a confidence, dominamt, sacarstic, wise tone, like a total alpha.

I'd die for little oddities, though. They're cute. Once met a guy with a little lisp, it was adorable. I have a weird thing for slightly nasally voices, too. I'm not as big on the traditional deep manly voice.

Way more important than people think. I think that males who are attractive usually have a decent voice (because they are high t) which downplays its importance, as other traits such as height, frame, face etc. are more visible.

If a guy has a hot voice it instantly bumps him up 5 points in my eyes. If his voice is horrible it’d be an instant turn off unless he was great in every other aspect.

Apparently I should be a sports announcer or radio host. Women have always commented on how deep my voice is so it can’t hurt. It helps initial attraction until they realize I’m a big goober 🤣

As a dude, I usually recognize a good voice, but never really notice a “normal voice”. BUT I use to run a recording studio years ago, so I have an ear most people don’t.
