Honestly, I'm not that surprised by this. It's the logical end result of a feminist society: women must always be given maximum privilege at all times. There is no pretense to logic or justice. On the one side is a "strong empowered" female judge, and on the other side is a female criminal who is treated like a child because she is female. Strong, empowered, damsels in distress.

I was sexually abused and tortured by my mother since a toddler til I was 15. Only stopping because she died. Teen years were horrible depression, and 20’s were self imposed isolation as well. 15 years of psychotherapy that I started at 27. I still have ptsd and bpd, but I am now happy and able to handle myself when things pop up. I will forever be broken. I would like to have a very long talk with this judge.

Guys, a lot of you don't seem to understand how the law works and what judges actually do.

The judge followed the expert's testimony. The doctor said such and such. The opposition didn't successfully challenge what he said. The judge has no choice but to take what was said as fact. The judge can't make up her own mind, she has to follow the proceedings. Since the doctor's testimony stood, there was no other choice. This is the prosecution's fault, not the judge's.
