My man, they were fucking while she was talking to you. I was with a girl for a few years that used to call people and carry a conversation on with them while I was all in balls deep. I'm currently in a similar situation, I keep everything text. I try and keep the communication short and straight to the point I have kids with her, so it's only about the kids. Am I sad about the whole thing, yes I am absolutely devastated. However, she doesn't know that and I keep it to myself. This is something that i totally didn't want. But we have to roll with it. God bless you, everything will work itself out one way or another. Don't seek revenge or celebrate a downfall she has. Just keep moving forward with your goals and your life. Get that gym membership ASAP. Be consistent, there are still lots of good women out there.

Only a fool trips from what's behind them. Time to move forward. Get your finances and property that's under your name protected, and continue to be the best Father you could be for your kids. It just sucks that it seems like most states are No Fault states. Adultery should be punishable and cheating should be a factor for the cheater to not receive any monetary support.
