I've been with my wife for 20 yrs. We were children when we got together and barely adults when we had children. I've come to the conclusion that after 20 years of trying to conjole my wife into being more about "us" and less about her that she's never gonna be in this with me all the way. She's kept me emotionally and physically at arms length since around the time our oldest was born. I'll have talks with her and I've blown up, I've done just about everything I can to try to get her to understand that she needs to think about me from time to time but alas I think im just gonna have to finally pull the trigger and file for divorce. I've set some boundaries and expectations that have a deadline. If the things I've requested (therapy and doctors visits to rule out xyz) aren't done in six months Im done. So I ask y'all what was the straw that broke the camels back? What caused you to finally say enough is enough?
