The reason I am divorcing. Wife alienated me during Covid since I was a front line worker and during that time she taught our daughter her native language which I do not understand and they have been using it nonstop in front of me so I have zero idea what is being said in the car and during meals etc. I told her to stop or I’m divorcing and she told me no. It was the nail in the coffin for me along with her spending and dead bedroom

Congrats - what is the custody order going forward? Will alienating mom still be primary? If so not much of a punishment for her or Captain Save-a-ho. It's so sad when simps believe a woman's lies about abuse etc and finance the campaign to remove a loving father from children's lives.

This is why we tell men to go for 50/50 parenting time at time of divorce - the very best way to fight alienation tactics is to have just as much time with the child and demonstrating by your actions that mommy's not telling the truth. Getting more parenting time later on is an order of magnitude more difficult and several times more costly that going for it from the beginning.

I am so happy for you. It's really sad when an ex does things like that. The kids get brainwashed by the parent they live with, and it takes time and lots of love to undo what that parent has done and said. I went through something similar. I couldn't see my sons for over seven years until they turned 18. It's tough, but I genuinely hope you can get them back quickly and show them that you haven't changed. You're still their dad. I suggest that you don't speak negatively about their mother in their presence, show them lots of love, don't spoil them, and treat them as you did when you were a whole family. I wish you luck, but you won't need it.

Huge congrats my man! But I have to ask, if she was found guilty of alienating you away from your children, isn’t she in some legal trouble herself? I would think other than you having the right to finally see your kids would be obviously one of the solutions, but I would think maybe a jail term or parole or probation for her for long-term would also be in the works, am I wrong?

Congrats. I hope you and your kids enjoy a lifelong relationship. I’ve been ghosted by mine due to my ex poisoning the well and no reasonable recourse. It’s been 9 years since she turned 18 and said over the phone “you’re not dying so I’m not talking to you” I’m so glad to hear when fathers or bio dads (I had very few hours of visiting up until legal age) reconnect and at least talk. Cheers !

Curious what the outcome is. My ex tried to make me out to be abusive, kid talked to psychiatrist, not only did things turn up okz but evidence of alienation documented. Nothing happened though
