There are actually some "kinks" for those things you mentioned but I refuse to call them like that when you are treating someone like a valuable human being.

In the BDSM community there is this niche called gentle femdom. They overlap with "praise kinks" (the sub (being "bottom") gets praised by the dom) or with "(body) worshipping" (sub (being "top") worships dom). You mentioned cuddling, forehead kisses and hugs - the also fall under gentle femdom.

On the other hand gentle femdom can shift towards "age play" in the sense of MD/LB (mommy dom little boy) where the women takes on a motherly role. This would definitely be a huge turnoff for me. I hope this doesn't comes off as "promoting BDSM", I just want to add some personal experience because I don't want any women get fooled: I found that the mixed sex BDSM community is very male centrist. Femdom is supposed to center the women's pleasure but it often gets twisted into male pandering too. The only differences are that the women gets to play the top instead of the bottom and doesn't receive physical harm. Let me tell you, this can be very mentally exhausting. Most men still feel entitled to women's resources, they are just lazy and "topping from the bottom" now. There are some exceptions and those relationships can be really fulfilling for the woman but it's not the norm.
