That's why I don't spend my time arguing with men anymore. This week a dude appeared out of nowhere on the replys of a tweet I wrote pointing a gold-digging man, I simply took a print, blocked him, and made fun of his reply to my friends. I don't even curse them anymore, they don't deserve negative attention as well 🤭

Guys do that with everything ! At work I’ve seen men talk out of their ass and just straight up lie and they are still believed. I have to have back up for whatever i say otherwise it’s wrong.

They all circulate the same talking points repeatedly in an endless loop on reddit, youtube, 4chan, discord that they actually think they are experts on the topic of women and their experiences, simply because they have reduced us to a one dimensional stereotype that maliciously withholds sex, affection and attention.

It's actually really predictable when you debate them.

If you have been doing it for a while, you will see obvious patterns.

Edit: I would LOVE to see a debate between a Manosphere scrote and an FDSer. Sitting down at a table - with the camera rolling. It would be delicious fun.

I always dread talking to my dad for this exact reason. The sheer sense of entitlement he has that his opinion deserves to be heard and respected is positively astounding. He has no end of opinions and constantly disregards people sharing their lived experience even though he has not had that experience. Some of his white-cis-het-boomer hot takes include:

-If everyone stopped talking about racism, it would go away

-He thinks businesses should be able to choose not to serve anyone for any reason, and since he is ok if a business chooses not to serve him based on his appearance, everyone else should be ok with that

-He thinks the worst part of getting old is that the women his age are no longer pretty enough (and trust me, he’s got no leg to stand on there, but still feels entitled to a beautiful woman). But even if a woman his age were pretty, he wouldn’t trust one that was single, because if she’s single at 60, there must be something wrong with her.

-He claims to hate how politics are a part of everything but constantly spews his shitty political opinions

-Feels that kneeling during the national anthem is disrespectful to him personally as a veteran; saw no problem with the January 6 attack on the capitol and the American flag being replaced by a trump flag

Anyway, I am low-contact with him for these and many other reasons. I can’t go full no-contact at this time due to the family situation. I also really hate how he talks to and about my nieces (9 and 6), but that’s a rant for another time!
