Whenever an arguer in an argument goes for a personal attack/insult. It simply means they have failed the argument. They don't have a rebuttal anymore. She must have clearly ran out of ammo or counters to say anymore at that point. So she goes for a personal attack.

I would personally take this as a win.
But I would have just gone with 'yes I have' because She had a 50/50 chance you'd say no and then she would have won, at least in her mind.

I personally feel like by not dignifying it that in her mind at least, that you haven't and thus must think you know nothing of womanly troubles.

In my experience, although the legal "no comment" works in proper debate and arguments and even in law. In a personal argument, it often doesn't work the way you want it too.

Also, she had great cleavage? Was she intentionally showing it off? How was she fighting objectification, yet selling her body physically(even if only visually?

I love when people ask me this in online debate. (I don't get asked that question in person, where the other participant can see that I'm female.) It gives me two choices - I can allow the other debater to continue assuming he or she is debating a man, and answer the question with an honest yes, and see what other sexist assumptions he or she will make... or I can out myself as a woman and see how the debate changes from there.

On a side note, the insinuation that you've never had a girlfriend can also be the observation that you've never been "fem-trained," (yes, some women attempt do this - it's part of what shit tests are for) and therefore don't cease your assertion when you see she's not pleased with being effectively and successfully debated.

"Hot" bartenders are the worst man. Most of them can't even mix a drink properly. It's a shame but most establishments these days hire bartenders for their looks and not their skills. I'm not sure why she's complaining her tits are probably what got her the job in the first place.

Some people have too much dissonance within themselves. They act a certain way because of the "incentives" but then because they feel what they are doing is wrong they like to cast blame on the other party. If you work in an environment such as a bar then you'll be starred at. If I'm checking out ladies in the club then I need a refill and the bartender is showing a generous amount of cleavage then I'll check her out till my drink comes out. It is not creepy or anything, what is creepy is for a bartender to complain of their source of revenue.

You should have pointed out that not all women are the same. I find it annoying and ironic that most pigeonholing of women I've heard in arguments like this has come from women.

I've met women who'd brag about getting those tips rather than complain. Some women see their sex appeal as a utility rather than a vice, but they tend to get shot down as hurting the cause for equality.

In my experience debates where you talk about women in general as a giant group are more likely to be worded one way if you don't have any close relationships with women at that point in your life. If you see me, you can see that I'm at least in my late 20's(I'm 34). So for me to not have had a girlfriend would mean I'm just socially/sexually inept.

I don't see the correlation. I've never had a long-term relationship and I'm 22. Each person I've been with has either wanted something purely physical without emotion, emotional without sex, or the timing didn't work out. Since our wants and needs don't match up, they didn't last. I don't see how that would make me inept socially or sexually.

The bartender has little option but to remain behind the bar, delivering drinks to the customers and accepting money on behalf of the bar owner. Certain customers of the bar may view this as an excellent situation, because it provides the opportunity to inflict their (drink-addled) opinions/belief/philosophies/misguided sexual advances upon the trapped bartender. For some as yet unexplained reason (but probably related to the intensive feminist training that all women receive), female bartender do not always see this situation in the same positive light as the (often male) customer.

It is possible that this stems from a common misconception (easily missed by while under the influence of alcohol) that the bartender is being paid to enjoy the attention of the customer. This is typically not the case, except in certain unsavoury establishments where the attention the staff is explicitly under the terms of a financial contract.
