Most of my female friends knew nothing about coding and just fucked around in their college life. Thanks to 'Diversity Hiring' , they now earn 2x of what I earn , though it was me and some other guys who coded all the projects while they fucked around.
Even when we answer all questions right and the girl does not answer any in an interview , the girl has more probability getting hired.

The program helps men. It gives them the freedom and ability to go out and work somewhere where they won't bother the good, innocent people, such as those helped by this program, to pay the taxes to pay for it. That way they can do penance for having oppressed these good, innocent people which created the situation that the good, innocent people needed help breaking free of the bad, guilty men's oppression.

I know this isn't for a university, but this is exactly the same as the overwhelming number of scholarships provided to minority groups by universities. It is a sneaky way of lowering the standards for a particular gender or demographic without openly changing entry score requirements. The cost and difficulty of entry are identical buuuut if you are a woman or other minority group within a certain faculty we might pay for part of your degree, and we might reduce the barrier for entry. But don't worry, the cost and difficulty of entry of the degree are identical for both genders, it says so right here. It's even more disgusting when the women or other minority group come from wealthy families and are being selected over poor men who need the education more than they do. Notice too that it says "low income", not "financial hardship", what college student even from a rich family isn't on a low income? They're students! This is how corruption works, not through explicit, overt rewriting of the rules (though that can happen as well), but by people of specific political groups colluding to create initiatives and programs that bypass typically fair standards.

I already filed an EEOC and Title IX against them a little while ago.

Here is how it works. Companies are discriminating by proxy because they use this to sponsor and hire people. This is a paid training program the company couldn't run for a single gender if the company did it themselves. They use this company as a shield. Eeoc violation.

The company itself has 30+ employees. Only hires women. Eeoc violation. I already documented it.

The parent company has taken federal funds. This means their technical training programs are covered by title IX. In fact, title ix covers it even if training is done by a third party that substantially uses the resources of the parent institution that received federal assistance. This means all the companies involved are named as being in violation of Title IX if they have ever taken government funds.

The USA is facing a STEM crisis. There's an enormous amount of effort pushing for "women in STEM!". outreach, training, scholarships, mentorship, conferences, marketing...on and on. Women are being pushed, prodded, and carried into STEM careers.

this obviously comes at the expense of men in those STEM jobs.

the problem is 40% of women drop out of the STEM workforce within 6 years. It doesn't take a genius to see that creates an enormous problem. Someone has to do these jobs, and if you fill them with a revolving door of people who aren't interested in doing them, we're all going to suffer.

Think that's bad? what happens when you have a staff that you've deliberately packed with a female workforce that is a self-juniorizing group? You're going to get even FEWER representatives in senior positions...because you don't have senior women. Now what do you do? Do you say "well, there's a very good reason why women are underrepresented in leadership positions..." or do you say "the problem is systematic sexism and we need to promote unqualified people"?

Funny enough they still roll out mediocre or under average emplyees with all that support.

It's like a walking advertising that implies:"Come with us for 3 months,and we will get you a salary equivalent to 6years+ enginner". It's at beast mediocre and the people they offer up for emplyment do it for $ only ,they won't have any interest or drive in this field.

Another kind of poison spreading in big corps.

That 1 dude that keeps things working won't see any well trained individuals to offload him anytime soon....so i guess 10h shifts for him will continue.

Edit:Also how they can give job placements without interview and some sort of exam or evaluation.

If a guy that learnt on Udemy or at Uni or on Coursera for free too and can beat their ass skill wise,won't this count as conflict of interests? Basically this company is discriminating as the jobs positions are kept closed for independent applicants.

The only reason this is allowed is because its technically a non-profit. Its a non-profit bootcamp used to build skills for a specific group of people. There are men-only non-profits as well. I couldn't find a technical bootcamp that offers the same services but there's nothing stopping the creation of one, either.

I think this is because tech is largely a male-dominated field, so there are initiatives to help women get into their preferred line of work that may be hostile towards them in reality. Makes sense.
