So I read a lot about how in this age of equality, both girls and guys talk about wanting to pursue "partnerships" in marriage. Essentially a 50/50 split on everything.

But is that truly the norm for a relationship? Blue Pill seems to assert "happy life, happy wife!" which means letting the wife call the shots on the major decisions, while Red Pill seems to assert that males should be the dominant one in a relationship using biology as the justification.

As you can see Blue Pill/Red Pill seem to suggest that only one spouse can be "in charge".

So what do you all think? Can a middle ground relationship work where both spouses hold equal power? If so, do you think it is common and BP/RP power dynamics are anomalies?
