This may as well be the equivelant of someone saying you can't have fun at a secure theme park, until you've tried the danger of throwing yourself off a cliff. Utter nonsense, people who think this way are immature, out of touch, and often stupid.

Being spontaneous, romantic, travelling the world, doing new things etc. Are all forms of excitement that DON'T require drama. Boring and often destructive immature shit tends to be 'dramatic' like gossip, shit stirring but in a mean spirited way, starting arguments for no reason etc. Excitement for unstable, immature, silly, and sometimes even dangerous people...

You’re half right. It's not drama they crave, it's stimulation. Women are not seeking drama, they are seeking a man who is heading somewhere as opposed to stagnation. There needs to be a purpose, a drive, something to look forward to each day. If nothing is changing in their spouse and he seems happy with the status quo, that is when women lose interest. And unfortunately in a desperate attempt to stir up something in the relationship, women start drama and the toxicity keeps it alive.

Men need to be constantly striving for something in order to keep a woman content. The moment a woman senses that the man she's with is becoming complacent, that's when the drama starts. It's just biological

I disagree.

Girls just want a man to look up to, someone at least slightly out of her league. When she's in scarcity, when she's so into you that she's paranoid of losing you, you can do no wrong. And this is only valid short term, when dating and early into a relationship, the first year or two tops, because after that it doesn't matter anyway, the "balance of power" evens out when you become a team. At that point the fuel of the relationship changes into other, deeper things.

As a guy, if you can afford making your dating pool only consist of high-interest women, meaning you can afford sometimes dating down a notch and still go out with pretty cute girls, you won't ever have this problem.

But if you chase, if you always date at your level or up, yeah you'll sometimes get the girl but you'll often run into the issue that most guys do, which is getting into a relationship that's not on your terms. You don't need to control everything but if you don't have veto power it'll suck. You'll not only often feel like you have to put up a Champions League performance just to be with her, but you'll have to put up with things she does that are otherwise borders for you. I mean obviously you don't have to, you can walk of course, but guys that get in these relationship dynamics they tend to be so invested that they can't do it, it's not even an option in their minds.

Bottom line, the problem you raise is only an issue in a certain relationship dynamic. But it's fully in your control to not ever even play that game by having good filters way before a relationship even starts.

your last paragraph is a tough one to stand on. i think as men we want to think that’s the case but i don’t believe it’s the truth and for the women we’re involved with, a lot has to do with age and attachment style.

women are complicated emotional beings and it’s hard for us as men to keep up with.

me and my woman are late gem x’ers, she’s 4 yrs older than me and i use to think l she was bored but it really just more comfortable and maybe a little lazy about some things now. honeymoon phase ends for them and men see things differently and spiral off. past experiences come home to roost for a lot of women too and it causes changes.

i stopped worrying about her moods and just try to be my same self. it seems to work for better than me trying to get inside her head and poke around. she had a lot of mental baggage that i can’t do anything about too though.

Sure I guess, but there are degrees. It can be drama to pick where to go to dinner that’s pretty insignificant. Drama can also mean sneaking behind their back and doing drugs and all kinds of things. But there will always be some drama because two people will always have some disagreements because well people. Most people wouldn’t consider the mundane drama to be drama though, just normal life shit.
