There should be empathy courses in school that teach people - both men and women - how to date SOLELY based on behavior and intellect instead of looks.

Given that the Fisherian Runaway Selection is showing us that looks, specifically "good looks" are gradually becoming a maladaptive trait (extreme high levels of dark triad personalities, "dumb jock and stacy" stereotypes - based on real behaviors - and so on and so forth) and that in order to change this trend we need to change the methods of sexual and hierarchical selection, so that we can keep human evolution steady, I've thought about choosing three new characteristics - mostly behavioral; two of which are genetic - that would fit:

- IQ level;

- Cognitive and emotional empathy levels - there should be given a Narcissistic Personality Inventory to everyone in school;

- Particular physical and mental abilities, like being extremely good at STEM subjects, philosophy, challenging sports, without having physical requirements where it isn't mandatory (physical requirements should only have a functional role, like the height limits for military pilots and astronauts - usually from 5'6" to 6'2" - that are set in order for the trainees to fit into the cockpit of planes and space vehicles).

Also given that empathy is a relatively recent evolutionary characteristic - less than 30,000 years old, compared to the almost 20,000,000 years that humanity has seen since its inception - as a mechanism of accelerated evolution via imprinting, I thought about proposing full-on empathy courses in school. The individuals who don't reach the required threshold would be sent to full-immersion campuses where they would learn how to properly behave around other individuals, and behavioral therapies like CBT and DBT, as well as philosophy and biology as a subject, will be "taught" the same way we do with regular subjects currently, thus boosting the levels of cognitive empathy in the students, improving emotional empathy in naturally agreeable individuals - even those without empathy, like dependents and self-loathing borderlines - and creativity in disagreeable ones - a way to use productively their forma mentis, which is necessary in society nowadays, without resorting to violence; said more "ignorantly": "More Albert Einstein's or Leonardo Da Vinci's instead of narcos and delinquents".

Physical activities and strength sports will be taught in order to teach cooperation instead of competition. Bullies will be punished severely and then sent to these full-immersion workshops I've illustrated earlier. We need to eliminate tribal thinking and teach individualism and respectful cooperation. Social media interactions will be highly monitored until adulthood. A healthy, non - consumeristic lifestyle is needed as well.

The result will be that the methods of socio-sexual selection we have nowadays will be completely abandoned.

We now need to weed out narcissists and solipsists, not unattractive people.
