What non physical aspects do you value in men?

So there was a post earlier asking what non-physical aspects men value in women. I'd like to flip the discussion on its head and talk about what us women like in men.

I'll go first. I value confidence. I like a man who isn't afraid to say what he wants to say, as long as what he wants to say is appropriate for the situation. On the same token, I value vulnerability, because I feel like people put up walls around me and it makes me feel special if they let me into their lives and let me know how they really feel.
