Step 1: Be attractive - this doesn't only refer to looks. It refers to the whole package: behaviour, status, confidence, style, charisma, etc

Look at women this way: you can do everything perfect and they'll leave, conversely you can do everything wrong and they'll stay.

The only thing you have "control" over in relationships is yourself. A woman's desire for you typically runs 18-36 months. Men fall out of love on a gradual decline (about -45°) whereas a woman's decline is drastic (asymptotically).

Be kind and respectful, but have personal authority so that you never let yourself be walked over or mistreated. Punish bad behavior and reward good behavior.

Whether a woman stays or goes depends on her looks/psychology (Love Avoidant vs. Love Addicted). Only 2 reasons women stay: she thinks he can do better than her. She thinks she can't do better than him.

Ok, You make some valid points. Your premise though could be extended to all of humanity. Women and men want different things in dating. Its foolish to project on them that chicks are like men with a vagina or whatever.

The important thing about women's changing moods is to not take it personally.

So, I wouldnt call your theory dead on, as this is far more of a gray area than even what you are suggesting. But nonetheless you are on the right path.

Still, dont be a fool and assume you have it all figured out. No one does.
