Maybe she's flirting with this guy as well, dont take it personally, as long as you guys are not exclusive this is fair play, just match her energy and dont put all your eggs in one basket
[–]cutanddried 78 points79 points80 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Maybe she's akward around those she is atracted to, and touchy feely toward those she is friendly with
[–]ORIONFULL23 15 points16 points17 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Good point
[–]mabden 165 points166 points167 points 4 years ago (24 children) | Copy Link
Couple of thoughts;
She may like you, but if she is not giving you the same "touchy/feely" she likes other guy better.
The other dude doesn't give a fuck about you, your likes, dislikes.
Don't shit where you eat.
[–]Flolife2 32 points33 points34 points 4 years ago (21 children) | Copy Link
She does she pokes me but with the other guy she touches him differently. Like they’ll knock each others hats off and hit each other playfully idk
[–][deleted] 84 points85 points86 points 4 years ago (12 children) | Copy Link
Rip OP
[–]Flolife2 14 points15 points16 points 4 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link
Why you say that ? 😩
[–][deleted] 41 points42 points43 points 4 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link
Girls will pick and choose what guy to get with mate. Trust me lol ive talked to girls who have told me they dropped another dude to start talking to me haha.
[–]cutanddried 30 points31 points32 points 4 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
This makes no sense.
The guy is asking why knocking a hat off is different than a poke.
Only one who can answer that is her.
OP don't get discouraged by this nonsense comment.
[–]Flolife2 12 points13 points14 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Exactly I didn’t understand that
[–]cutanddried 18 points19 points20 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Good.
Reading through this a bit, dude just go for what you want.
People are complex, relationships multiply that complexity.
Your goal here is to get to know her and talk to her so you can know her better.
No advice here can replace that
Especially the BS offered up in the comment above
[–]Kobe_curry24 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago* (1 child) | Copy Link
I agree man only you know the girl you gotta figure it and you prolly already know what to do
[–]jboyzo 4 points5 points6 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I agree! I think you should allow yourself to get to know her. My “friendly” sometimes gets perceived as flirty to outsiders and I get so awkward, quiet and shy around people I’m attracted to 🙄
[–]shodansminion -2 points-1 points0 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Exactly bro! I have seen girls at the club give their phone number out to one dude and dance with another. It’s a sad world out there!
[–][deleted] 3 points4 points5 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
It’s sad that women are collecting numbers at a club? No it isn’t. They’re there for the same reason you are. This entire sub is about it being a numbers game. So women are also playing a numbers game. Get not just USED to it, get INTO it. You’ll be much happier and your world won’t be as sad. Embrace that you live in a world of socially/sexually confident women, and you’ll actually relax in all your approaches and probably be more successful.
[–]shodansminion -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Not exactly. As you notice OP mentioned a story about a girl that is giving both attention to him and more attention another dude. OP is still trying to get with this chick as he believes he could make her his. I'm only trying insinuate the fact that individuals such as these are not really worth chasing
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
No I hear that, and yes the chasing is desperate and isn’t a good place for OP or anyone to be in. what I’m saying is that in itself doesn’t make her any less of a good or worthy person to pursue. (Pursue, not chase) She’s not obligated to anyone. She’s made no commitments. She can flirt with anyone. She’s continuing to have fun, and this is all in the flirting stage. So that’s to be celebrated. And if OP can embrace that it takes the fragility away from the situation. I’m suggesting that OP is gett8mg way ahead of himself, and thinking of an ownership paradigm. It’s not healthy.

[–]willgo-waggins 14 points15 points16 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]Vegas_Rick_1987 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

[–]ChefArtorias 12 points13 points14 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
It's a competition and you're losing. Sorry to be blunt about it.
[–][deleted] 3 points4 points5 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
That dude isn’t your business or your problem. Continue as of you didn’t know about the two of them. If she was flirting with a guy that same way NOT in your eyeline you’d never know and it wouldn’t fuck up your game. Behave as if you don’t know about them, which tbh, you don’t anyway. You’re making up scenarios cause you feel threatened. Just go for it. Let him be intimidated by you and she. Or not, who cares, this is your game not his

[–]jonathon8903 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I agree with this completely! There is always a chance for a relationship to fail and when it does, the last thing you want is to see them every day where even going to work isn't an escape from them.
I did this one time and once things ended (with much drama), it became everybody's business at work and it was just a mess. It's much better to date someone outside of work so that if/when things end you can walk away from it and ignore her much more easily.
[–]mabden 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
last thing you want is to see them every day where even going to work isn't an escape from them.

Bro, stay away from coworkers unless:
THEY (female) initiates, KEEP DOCUMENTATION OF THIS
one of you is leaving the job
There is no difference in rank
It can go south quick. It is best to have a discussion of expectations once things escalate.
Edit: im in this scenario right now.
It went south, now i have to see them 2x/ week.
[–]feedthekitty 17 points18 points19 points 4 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
Keep documentation. Holy crap. This sub is turning into a meme
[–][deleted] 13 points14 points15 points 4 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
This is a solid advice. Please be extremely careful with female coworkers. One bad move, your career is over. No one will hire an employee who has allegations of harassments against, even if it's disproved.
[–]feedthekitty 8 points9 points10 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
I take regular classes on harassment at work. As a boss, asking someone out isn’t harassment between colleagues. Being creepy afterwards is. Brutal advise by you.
[–]Kief-Liege -5 points-4 points-3 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
yea but some people are crazy. And often times when women dont get what they want things go south regardles of the truth.
[–]feedthekitty 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Guy said you won’t be able to get a job even if harassment is disproved. Meaning you have proof you didn’t harass anyone. Like I said, this sub is becoming a meme.
[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
I was intern at a well-known tech company. The company rescinded internship offer to the next guy because he had a sexual harassment allegation.
I am not here to discuss the ethics of such things. Just the reality of such things.
If you want to risk your career for a quick fuck, then go ahead. Or if you don't work in white collar jobs, then the risk might be extremely low. It might work out for you. More power to you. But please don't encourage other people to do it in this political climate.

Basically bro..jealousy
[–]Woujo 13 points14 points15 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
As Jay-Z said, jealousy is a weak emotion. You need to get over that shit. You don't own anybody, including her.

Look man some girls are different w how they interact w guys who are friends, if you’re pursuing her for a long term relationship and you don’t like the way she interacts w guy friends, then don’t get involved, keep that abundance mentality and look for someone who doesn’t raise any red flags for you, as someone who’s personally quite picky when it comes to women that I’m willing to get into a LTR w, I promise you they are out there
If you’re just looking to smash then man who tf cares then really? Make a move before he does and escalate w her already
[–]fuckboychadlmao 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

[–][deleted] 85 points86 points87 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Bro relax man, just be calm and flow like the sea. Fr. She ain’t yours right now but that could change. We appreciate you sharing these thoughts here but don’t be so possessive over someone that isn’t yours. Your mind has started to attach itself to the end result you seek and thus, you are stepping on your own toes. Go to the date, enjoy it and just have fun. Literally. Just catch a vibe man, who knows…if you are calm and cool and allow her to feel your aura, she could become more attracted to you and begin to chase you more. You never know what could happen. Just be calm and enjoy yourself :)

[–][deleted] 30 points31 points32 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
What do you mean you're possessive of what's yours? You don't own anyone, not even if she was your girlfriend. Treat your insecurities if you want to make girls like you and not the other guys (tho you can't do that with every girl ofc)
[–]No_Raspberry3670 28 points29 points30 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
OP you don’t have to “fall back” just because you can’t “possess” her. Possessiveness is a very bad mindset to have when dating
Practice outcome independence and just have a good time w her, enjoy it for what it is
[–]Geekedphilosophy 14 points15 points16 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
You do understand that nobody "belongs" to you regardless of relationship status right? Honestly you are putting off some real sketchy incel type vibes with that kind of attitude and language. There is nothing "alpha" about being jealous and possessive...in fact it is a very unattractive and weak mindset to have. Possessive controlling "men" are always very insecure and ironically easy to manipulate and control due to being so emotional and predictable. The type who have loud arguments in public and get into physical altercations with females like they are bitches themselves lol. Be a man and give no fucks about some random girl from your job who shows you a little attention. Don't compete, chase or fight over any woman ever...they are not yours to fight over or "win"! They are human beings and should be given the same respect you would expect yourself...no more no less. I would suggest working on your needy woman like attitudes before trying to "seduce" anyone...

[–]chopstickfighter 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I’m not the OP but what are some ways to get over having a jealous mindset, similar to this guy’s?
[–]Betsytheunit 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Work on building your confidence and willingness to be rejected. It’s probably going to happen and you need to realise it’s not personal a lot of the time. As you said, it’s just a mindset so you just need to be aware of when you’re starting to feel jealous and identity what is triggering those feelings, then work on that…
[–]wenchslapper 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Dude, you’re starting to come off as a controlling AH. You haven’t even gone on a date with her and you’re already talking about “what’s yours.” This is starting to turn into a magnification of all the problems you have. You need to figure these feelings out before you force them onto other people, because nobody wants to date a person who’s this over the top with their jealousy.
If you really go at her, demanding she stop talking to him, be prepared to be iced out immediately and potentially branded as a douche bag at work by her and anybody who may be her work friend.

C’mon man. Cringe? Really? Grow a set of balls. You don’t let some dude slide in on your action. You take charge of the situation. Which doesn’t mean being an asshole or starting a fight. It means make your move and don’t back down to some bullshit artist trying to take that girl out from under you.
[–]jackzander 5 points6 points7 points 4 years ago (11 children) | Copy Link
'My women' are free, clever, independent thinkers who are more than welcome to entertain whatever men or women want to slide in.
This Sarge Commando Pussy Slaya personality you're working on wouldn't get a foot in the door. It reeks of insecurity.
[–]feedthekitty 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Coincidently, similar to op “possessing” the person, just a different approach. I would introduce women to these people and it would make me look better.
[–]willgo-waggins -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Yeah once you have established yourself.
OP hasn’t got there yet or beyond and acknowledgment of “liking” each other - a zero sum equation. That’s an easy thing and a simple opener but no guarantee of anything.
After he has established a solid connection with the girl, that’s a different story. At that point he can feel secure and test the connection.
[–]willgo-waggins -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link
Actually you’re a fool on both those counts as I don’t worry myself and don’t let that sort of situation happen. I’m also advising an obviously young guy who doesn’t realize he’s in danger of missing his shot because of a bulls hit artist pretending to be his buddy to move in on his action.
I have more morals and personal pride than to act like that. But these days most guys don’t. So you need to learn not to hesitate and to look out for your own interest first and not trust potential competition.
[–]jackzander 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
You're advising an admittedly 'very possessive' young man to double down on his undeserved feelings of jealousy and attachment, within his place of employment, and in all likelihood towards people who entirely outclass him, with a botched framework and no suitable toolset.
You don't recognize the limits of your 2008 Sarge act, and that's pretty sus when you're trying to mentor others.

Ask her out on a date then pop the girlfriend question. The longer you take ,you run the risk of losing her. That’s why he’s doing what he’s doing because she is “free” .Then once y’all official either he’ll back off or you gotta lay down the rules
[–]willgo-waggins 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
Take her on an actual date. Seal the deal and sleep with her. That’s what it’s gonna take. At that point you go to him and let him know that’s your territory and he needs to cool it and back tf off.
[–]Sweaty_Space_3693 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
I’m a female (who has often been pursued) and I gotta help you fellas out! I don’t want to sound harsh, but this series of posts is really bad advice (not singling out you who I posted beneath, it isn’t just you, friend!).
You gents have been given bad advice. Having sex with a girl and then trying to command rules and regulations to the girl or coworkers will make OP look like a weak and insecure guy or a psycho. OP should play it cool, take the girl to the trampoline park, hope she jumps his bones, OP not dictate expectations of girl regardless (and he should not expect a kiss, much less sex yet!), then wait and see if she keeps returning to him for attention.
There is nothing wrong with girl and coworker clowning around. She sounds like a bit of a tomboy and fun and warm person. If the coworker gets too close for her comfort she will shut him down herself! I guarantee she’s shut many guys down. It’s not for OP to expect anything from either of them! Sure, I’m sure the coworker would love to get into her pants. That doesn’t mean she will allow him. OP should bask in knowledge that he potentially has a date with a girl who guys love! He should enjoy seeing her getting eyes while he catches her attention! Look at it as a positive! He could even tease his coworker that he should get his hat knocked off because that’s the only knocks he can get from her, apparently!
OP doesn’t need to be torturing himself imagining scenarios that haven’t happened. Secure men trust that they are enough and don’t make demands for changes from others. Others want to change without being asked once they care about him!
Once a guy tries to control a bird, she’s gonna fly into someone else’s arms. Best of luck to all of you and have a great day!
[–]willgo-waggins 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Good points. And just to clarify I am in no way advocating for him to try to force himself in the girl or anything like that.
I am advising to be assertive and head off the co workers obvious shady intentions. And moreso to keep his own counsel and not share with the other guys.
I don’t go around announcing my intentions about women I intend to date to anyone. It’s not their business. As well jealousy and desire are well within the scope of human nature and must be recognized as present. So when someone thinks that you may have an up on them they are likely to react out of jealousy if they are not an inner circle person. So it behooves you to protect your own interest by keeping your mouth shut. And adding that there seems these days to be little or no respect for others in these situations only makes that more of a necessity.
My point of being with her and THEN allowing that information to leak out is that he has then established his “territory” in a male to male sense not as a proprietary possession of her. That’s just a guy thing and not an ownership of her thing and I’m sorry that was not clear.
[–]Sweaty_Space_3693 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Hi! You didn’t give a vibe about forcing a girl. Not at all! It’s difficult to judge tone through a keypad. I felt as though OP could get the wrong idea and turn off the girl and others and seem insecure if he was attempting territorial pissing too early. He hasn’t got the bird or the bush yet. I definitely think he should ask her out quickly, and the girl sounds playful and would surely get bouncy at the trampoline park!
With relationships, finesse, nuance, and confidence are effective in attaining what you want and keeping it. It takes a lot of trial and error. Error is natural until experience leads to maturity (and loads of baggage! We all have it!). It happens! I’m 44 and have had a lot of time to reflect on what has and hasn’t been successful.
There’s a fine line between healthy protectiveness of a mate vs being overbearing and appearing (and perhaps feeling) crazy. Its easy to cross the line and be paranoid. Finesse is smoother than force and doesn’t allow room for anybody to slide into your space. It’s just a different interpretation. Thanks for clarification.
I DO have a practical pointer about jealousy, which is part of human nature. I quit feeling much jealousy half a lifetime ago. Believe me! I needed to stop being jealous! I was always overreacting. I flipped the script on myself and felt so confident and secure when I cognitively reframed my thoughts and feelings. It wasn’t my partner’s fault he was flirted with. I’d unintentionally get upset with him although he wasn’t leading on other women. I started deciphering him receiving flirtation as a personal compliment to me and my taste! The more attention he received from other females, the more I could bask in the glow of knowing that I had a man who other women wanted! I became able to trust my partner very deeply. He never cheated on me. I’m just sharing a tip if anyone needs to better cope with jealousy resulting from behavior of others, which you or a mate cannot control.
Anyway! I hear ya, mister! I respect your thoughts and understand where you’re coming from. Have a fantastic evening!

Act cool dont talk shit about the other guy. Actually talk him up and say you two look like bf gf awwww sooo cute whens the wedding. This will set her off. Do it jokingly not in jealousy. maybe she's shit testing you for jealousy? if it does bother you, pretend it doesn't. if you do start dating, and she's still all over him, ez red flag. ez dump. if you make it known to her that what she's doing bothers you, esp before you start dating, she will view you as weak, insecure, jealous. aka traits no woman wants in a man. just go on about your day. even try ignoring her (subtly). she will wonder why you aren't interested and prob try to flirt with you more.

We are hanging out tomorrow so I shouldn’t let this be known to her? I hope i can enjoy the date without thinking about it too much
[–]thats0K 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
if you guys arent official, you're overthinking it. maybe she's messing w both of you to see who pursues her more? not sure. all I know is if a woman thinks your jealous of someone else (ESPECIALLY when you aren't together), it's a huge turn off. just be yourself, don't mention it bothers you. if you guys start dating, voicing your concern is one thing. but if she doesn't care and still flirts after you start dating, it's time to say goodbye.
but like I said, it could be a shit test, which are things girls do to elicit a reaction from a dude. she's flirting in front of you. she is trying to gauge your reaction. if you don't even mention it, she'll think "ok this guy isn't gonna fly off the handle if I talk to a guy while we're together" and that reassures her you're a more normal level headed guy instead of some raging jealous dude. if y'all were married for 5 years and she flirted in front of you, that's obviously an absolute NO GO. but if your reaction TODAY would match a 5 year marriage, she's gonna think you're a SUPER jealous guy, no matter the reasons. she wants someone who is confident and who doesn't get all pissy and butthurt that "his girl" is talking to a guy. like I said, if you do start officially dating and she's ultra flirty, you'll have to gauge how comfortable you are with how far she flirts.
just be confident, and have fun. the other guy doesn't exist when you 2 are together, right? so don't make it an issue when it really isn't (yet, potentially).

Dude is out working your ass and you’re an idiot to let him know that you have interest.
Step up and be alpha and don’t let him play you like that. Your game isn’t good enough if she’s playing both ends after admitting that she likes you.
Get her the fuck away from the office scene and for gods sake whatever you do, DO NOT ALLOW IT TO BE A SITUATION HE CAN CRASH!!!
No group get togethers. No “we’ll be hanging at the soho club Friday” or any other bullshit. Your moves are now TOP SECRET - EYES ONLY. This fucker is moving on your action. You do not let her catch wind of it but you find ways to subtly freeze his ass out immediately.
A real date. A fun one and somewhere he had no idea about and won’t “show up by chance”. And if he dies you know she let it out (TELL NO ONE) and you will know where things really stand.
Edit: the ONLY time I let on that I have “an interest” in a woman is when I have already slept with her and I want to let sniffers know it’s my fucking territory. Then I am loud and clear and mildly aggressive (not my norm I’m easy going so guys immediately back off because I don’t play) to let them know it’s mine.

Got ya boss💯 what sounds like more fun ice skating or trampoline park?
[–]willgo-waggins 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Well if she a poking and smacking girl (it sounds that way) and you don’t want to escalate quickly the trampolines. Although it might initiate body to body contact - especially if you have a couple at dinner.
But Ice Skating is more romantic and is a great way to get close and hold hands for contact continually through the entire time.
It’s which method you feel comfortable with.
Edit: just be sure because both of these can be interpreted as “group” activities that he is in the dark.
[–]No_Raspberry3670 4 points5 points6 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Yea OPs gotta escalate, don’t pussyfoot around if you see competition, have the bigger balls than your competitors and ask her out/make moves first before he does, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen first come first serve scenarios w girls before.

Dont date COWORKERS WHEN WILL YOU PEOPLE LEARN
[–]Woujo 4 points5 points6 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Every single sentence of this post is wrong. Let me start from the beginning.
I told This coworker of mine that I like her and she ended up telling me she likes me too!
Sorry but this is not how it works. Words mean nothing to women. Emotions mean everything. Saying she likes you doesn't mean shit. Look at her actions. If she is not ACTING like she likes you, don't get so excited. Also, you shouldn't be telling women you like them either. Instead, you should reward her when she does something meaningful for you.
The thing is whenever she is working with this other coworker of mine they tend to be super friendly/touchy and i don’t know how i feel about that.
How do you how not how you feel? You need somebody else to tell you what your emotions should be? I can tell you how you feel: YOU DO NOT LIKE IT.
Dude knows im trying to make her mine too.
Women are never "yours." They are not property. Women do whatever feels good in the moment, and the problem is, she knows you are in the bag, so she is probably going to chase attention from somebody new she hasn't conquered yet. Sorry, but that's the truth. That's why you should never tell a girl you "like" her. The game is over, she has conquered you.
What should I do?
Move on with your life. If she is nice to you and does things for her, reward her. If not, go fuck other girls.
Also, you shouldn't be trying to fuck girls you work with. Go to a bar and meet somebody new.
[–]Flolife2 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
So i screwed up…? Game over?
[–]Woujo 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
The game is never completely over but at this point you need to lay back and let her come to you.
[–]Flolife2 -1 points0 points1 point 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Oh well I’ll get over her quicker since I opened up..
[–]lightlysaltedStev 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Here’s my genuine thoughts on it:
As far as you’ve said in your post you haven’t started dating yet, you have just said you liked her. So in that respect it’s fair game she keeps flirting around as it would be if you was. Doesn’t mean it’s ‘nice’ to see but you both aren’t even dating yet.
Did you not arrange some kind of date when you told each other that ? Because that could be an issue. You’ve said that she’s said it back but then never arranged a date (I’m assuming here because you haven’t said if you have)
girls even if you get their attention very quickly move on if you don’t start acting quickly because they generally get a lot of attention so if you don’t act fast, someone will catch their attention and just ask her out.
It could be she’s flirting in front of you to get a reaction and ask her out etc🤷♂️ I’m not sure if it is but just saying it’s another possibility.
What I would say as advice, ask her out really soon. You’ve done the hard part and told her you like her and you’ve won half the battle of her saying it back. Now it’s time to escalate it and finalise an actual first date and fully arrange it with a day and time.
Once you get to the dating stage then I’m sure if she’s respectful she will tone down/stop the flirtation with other people :) and if the date doesn’t materialise when you ask or if she keeps flirting even after you are dating, then you know she ain’t for you. Either way ask her out !:£
Yea, ask her out quickly! She sounds like so much fun! Ask her out! Trampoline park! She sounds like an adorable tomboy!
[–]thispolishitalianguy 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Judge people by their actions, not their words or it might lead to disappointment
Hold your horses! Talk to some other women and let her see you flirting with them. Give her a challenge. It's a test; she doesn't know who she wants and you need to back off and let her come after you. Jealousy is a threat, don't go there.
[–]Jovan1000 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Don’t acknowledge it at all, her and his relationship is none of your business. What you should do is get what you want. If you want the girl I suggest you hang out with her outside of work. Ask for her number and set up a date. Don’t even worry about touching her at work they can have there fun there and you have fun with her outside of work. You like her so I’m sure you want to connect with her, your new friend should be her mind. Be aquatinted with her mind if you want to connect deeply with her. Be a man and tap in to your masculine energy.
[–]iOpenClams 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Sounds like she has attraction for more than just you at the work place. Last thing you want, is to make this girl yours just to end up with her screwing around with guys at work that she has already displayed mutual attraction with.
If I were you, I'd pursue her, but I'd make sure it's non exclusive. A friend with benefit kind of thing. Better that than you securing her, just to have it blow up in your face with the advances of these other dudes who dont give af about you. This way, your work place environment won't be toxic either. You successfully don't end up shitting where you eat.
In order not to develop exclusive type of feelings for her, you better start establishing relations with other girls too.
[–]Berlinboy015 4 points5 points6 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I personally would suggest proposing eating her ass out, that will probably turn up the energy
[–]MO_drps_knwldg 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
They work at Chipotle. Bad idea if she actually accepts haha
[–]Lombrado 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
OP, I did that mistake and I regret it a lot.
Dated a coworker and it didnt end up good. She got feelings and I was looking for casual time. Turns out she got obsessed with me and started flaming me to all the girls at work saying I was a douche and stuff like that. It got really nasty and is a shit situation to be in.
You have to account that If your thing go south, you'll have to deal with her flirting with your other coworker or worse.
Dont shit where you eat is something that I learned the hard way.

Mind your business, and take ya possible dick slanging Out of the office.
Leave it, her alone, romantically speaking. Just stop. Many many people have hooked up at work. Most everyone that has, will also tell you, better off Not doing it. Literally thousands of women, everywhere you are. Why anyone from work? Just ...why?
Life don't have to be as hard as don't people make it.

Ah a tale as old as time Yea dating at work is a no. Girls love attention and they get it through that flirty stuff. Have you heard of the term work husband. Girls flirt with guys at their jobs because of boredom thats why its best not to pursue a girl u like there because you will see her doing it to other guys as well.Either way this will sort its self out it always does.

Work romance isnt a good idea , I was getting at this girl from work , and when it didn't materialize into anything , shit got awkward. Now there's a new girl in the same office and things are going to be messy if I get at her
[–]Kief-Liege 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Personally, id back off. More to do with the fact youre at work than anything. If you two go on a few dates, and they go on a few dates and she picks him, awkward for you. And vice versa. Idk, I jus wouldnt bother, too much hassle for one woman. Plenty out there.
[–]Winter-Compote-9895 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Ask da dude if you can share her. 😂 lol joking.
[–]Goudhaan 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Doesn’t matter what they do. Focus on you and your approach. You’ve told each other you liked one and another. Have you asked her out for a date yet?
[–]VDKay 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
So, you are together, right?
So, you ARE together, RIGHT?
[–]bmunger718 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
That’s her nature to be flirty some women are like that and it gets signals cross crossed. Unless you see it in your face that she is trying to make you jealous you will know for a fact. But, if not that’s how she is and it will be very hard to get her to stop doing that no matter what dude she’s with.
A relationship with a co worker has to be strategically done so no bull shit spills over into the job. Keep it silent move right and make sure no one knows for sure just you two people.

Stay patient and make your move. If it’s not good for you make it clear and go after another. Men don’t hide their intent. You draw in the one you want and make it known. If not accepted then move on. Add your personality on top ;-)
She will either accept you or play with you. The only way she can play you is if you let her and don’t make yourself clear.
Ok, so, rule number one: never try to posses another person or “make her mine”. She is not an object to possess; she is a fully autonomous human being who cannot be owned or possessed by anyone. Two: you should not be focused on possessing her; you should be focused on figuring out how well her goals and values match up with yours. Three: if your goals and values aren’t an absolute match then maybe she’ll be happier with the other dude. Maybe not; but maybe. And if you really care about her at all you will be more concerned with her being happy regardless of whether or not it’s with you or her. Four: don’t shit where you eat bro. Not unless it’s an absolute and immediate love connection and your goals and values are 100% in sync. Otherwise it’s not worth the trouble.
The best advice I would give you is to stick to the club/dating apps/social circle because it sounds like you’re already on some one-itis shit with this chick which is an absolute no go. Do more work on yourself to define your goals and values then start looking for a partner once you’ve started to live on your purpose. You’ll find lots of women will just start to throw themselves at you by default because you’re uncompromising with your integrity.
And never, ever, try to “make” someone else “yours”. Trust me. I know first hand, that shits a one way ticket to hell for the both of you. Good luck and blessings amigo.
[–]Leviathansplunge 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Best thing u can do is...nothing. stand back and let this chick and the other dude escalate and watch them ruin their personal and work lives, and as the drama unfolds u will feel alot better knowing it wasn't u when ur laughing at them, plus u will see firsthand why shitting where u eat is bad practice.
