Haha, but in all seriousness, if you're sitting next to a guy with whom you want to sleep with, big smile and open body language help. As you see from this sub, guys are super nervous around women when they think sex may be involved, so give us the little confidence boost necessary.

Serious answer:

You are simply going to have to come to terms that rejection is a possibility here. Rejection happens regardless of gender. There is almost no advice I would give you that I wouldn't give a guy in your same position(AKA start reading the side bar)

Make your intentions clear, most guys are terrible at reading body language. Words are much better. You don't have to be as flat out as "Let's have sex." Use some more socially appropriate phrases that are associated with sex. "Let's go back to my place." "Let's watch a movie."

Honestly, I am willing to drastically drop my standards for a woman who makes seduction easy.

I'm just going to start off and say remember that a lot of guys these days are bad at picking up signals so seeing as you said you can't go the straight-to-the-point route it will happen that you could be doing this and some guys would still miss it (I know it's a very high chance that I have missed a few of these).

Anyway I found this a while back of examples of girls flirting so my advise is when in conversation do a bunch of these. If he still isn't getting the hint just assume what ever he is talking about is a double entre. If that all fails the straight to the point can just be very simple. I had a girl the other week where we were talking about how old we both were. She said she was 19 and I said that she was just a baby. She replied with "would you kiss a baby" to which I got the hint and with a sly smile said "I don't know" and went in for the makeout. Dress up kinda slutty. Wear some tight jeans and heels - even if you are not hot, some guys will think you are DTF and that will be enough for them. Go to the bar, preferably alone or with a less attractive friend. Do not sit down or stand in a semi-circle of girls with your back to the crowd. Have a couple of drinks to calm your nerves. Try to avoid standing there looking at your phone, as some guys will assume you're busy texting. If you can, look out at the crowd - you can even look above people's heads if you're feeling self-conscious. This position makes you very approachable.

When the guy approaches, give him a sweet smile and look him in the eyes. Let him lead the conversation but give him good answers - (no one- word answers) and ask him questions too so he knows you're interested. Try and talk about sex, even if it's just in passing.

You don't have to dress sexy exactly, but it does help (for my friend) to wear underwear that makes her feel sexy or powerful. Girl, I used to deal with the same problems. The thing is, for each person it's very individual. Some men like cheerful, smiling women, some like mystery... There are few simple basic tips I follow and it helps me a lot:

Go to a place there people talk to each other easily (Nightclub or a bar)
Act as you are just enjoying your time. Then you are searching through the crowd it makes you look desperate.
Then someone comes up to you, and starts a conversation, remember, he is a guy, he made a first step, so let him lead. Don't show you are very interested, somehow, again it looks desperate.
You are having a conversation. Laugh at his jokes, reply his questions with a simple. Do it in a calm, confident manner. Then asking him questions try not to make it very personal.
Play with your hair but not to much. It must look natural, as you are checking, fixing, taking a part of you hair from your face. Do it slowly. They love all that girly dumb shit. Then he talks to you, look into his eyes and smile.
If things are going OK, and it seems he is ready to spend the rest time at this place with you, there is a time for a physical contact. If he touched you, smile or answer him back. If it feels like you should do it first, (depends are you dancing or sitting), you can touch his arm or chest.
If he tries to kiss you, play a little bit. Make it more sensual by slowly getting closer or touching his lips with yours for a couple of seconds.
While kissing you can put your hands on him (there exactly, again, depends on the situation) and slowly move. It makes a pretty obvious sign.
After going through all that stuff, there are 3 options. Option 1. He tells you he wants to take you home Option 2. It's time for you to leave, and he asked you for your number Option 3. It's time to leave and he letting you go without any regrets.
