Interesting idea, possibly helpful for the guy. Badly executed, IMO:

It's a blatant ad -- which is annoying.

The front of it is condescending and I think hurtful.

Instead of that silly picture, I would have only placed text, saying something nice, like "It was nice meeting you."

Then, on the back, I would have written things more positively, for instance:

Instead of "Why did you reject this stud muffin?" (UGH;) I would have written: "You'll be hotter when you..."
Instead of "Really really boring" I'd have written: "...improve your conversation skills."

Lastly, if I were to recommend a men's coach, it would NOT be a PUA trainer.
