Assuming this isn't some masturbatory fantasy, he's taking advantage of a woman with abysmally low self-esteem. She's not clinging to him because of his "good genes" or high status. She's clinging to him because she's vulnerable and he gives her the scraps of attention she's conditioned to understand.

I really hope she breaks free of this abuse cycle, but this is absolutely cruelty. Guess what ASSHOLE, LTR here. My partner is the sweetest and kindest towards me. If he makes a mistake, he apologizes profusely. He hates making me upset or hurting me. He dotes on me and takes care of my emotional needs- as I do him. I feel loved and protected and so does he. We have great sex (even several years into the relationship). We like pleasing each other sexually, also with oral. So that post is so full of shit. A woman that loves you will absolutely give you what you need sexually and emotionally, but the true depth of a relationship is when the man does it equally or more. That is what LOVE is. But clearly, it is cruelty, me being the happiest I have ever been. God these assholes are so delusional.

So, I have an ex (3 yr relationship, ended a few months ago) that told me he was a feminist when we started dating. And there were things he did that showed that he did actually have a modicum of feminist beliefs. Gradually tho, throughout our time together, he would slide stuff like this (dread game about sexual stuff, and the ever stupid “women actually like a little abuse,” etc) into conversations we’d be having. I even flat out asked him, at the time in a joking way, if he was “going red pill” on me. He got very defensive with his no. I’ve known about red pill and the manosphere for years and so I started brushing up on the recent disgusting tactics and could see how much of it he was trying to apply to his life. It clearly destroyed my respect for him and our relationship. What plagues me most, after dropping him, is that he has a very young daughter. How is this going to affect her? He has many male friends surrounding him that claim to be feminists as well. I don’t know them well enough to know for sure about their real beliefs, but I’ve got this nagging notion that I need to put him on blast somehow. For the sake of his fucking child. And that if the men surrounding him are truly feminists, maybe they will step in and check him. I dunno if this is just a pipe dream, but I would love to hear any other FDS’rs thoughts on if I should take any action on this?
