sorry for the long post i just really needed to discuss aspergers and red pill teachings

With the rise of ASD diagnosis and the overall negative life outcomes linked to aspergers syndrome such as a suicide rate of 1/10, a male fertility rate of 0.2 (female is around 0.4 which is still horrible), extremely high rates of anxiety, depression, self harm, social phobia, unemployment, and the fact that many mass shooters have aspergers , it cant be denied that high functioning autism has become an extremely significant issue in modern society. Many people, men in particular, with high functioning autism grew up without meeting proper social developmetn milestones due to horrific levels of bullying and ostracisation, which in the end, led to introversion and demasculation. The typical attractive traits in men such as confidence, extroversion, social calibration are all severely toned down and replaced with every single trait that is portrayed as unattractive, such as nerdy, shy, awkward, having a monotonous voice, unable to form relationships (loner), showing signs of depression and an inability to function in society (not being able to hold a job), etc. As a result, when many of us reach adult maturity age at 18, we cannot fathom why everyone else is so different, how they are able to easily form relationships, make friends, get invited to parties, work multiple jobs, etc. We dont "feel" like adults due to peter pan syndrome from all the missed social development milestones as our cortisol ravaged brains desparately try to play catchup. Combine this desire to catch up with black and white thinking, high anxiety and a all or nothing obsessive attitude and you have the absolute perfect recipe for permanent depressino, anxiety and autistic burnout. This is the dilemma i wanted to talk about. many of us fall into "pill thinking", mostly the red pill which only leads to more mental suffering.

How does one self improve with aspergers whilst still enjoying life? For example, you want to learn how to tlak to people (make friends) so you approach people at university and try to get them to like you, etc. You want to get in shape so you diet and go to teh gym regularly. You want to be able to talk to women and flirt so you try talking to women at university or in any other appropriate setting. You want to learn how to survive in a work environmetn so you apply to jobs and try to not get burnt out at work.

The above forms of self improvement are the typical teachings of the "red pill". However, when you have aspergers, your obssessive attempts in order to perfect every aspect of your life is so intensely depressing and anxiety inducing with the rejection sensitivity dysphoria and perfectionism created from prior life experiences absolutely ruining your chances at being able to truly self improve. I.e. you dont want to just improve slightly every day becuase you will feel like you are not trying hard enough (perfectionism) - instead you want to become a pickup arist overnight. And when you force yourself to do smoething like this (like approaching women) and you fail, the rejection sensitivity absolutely destroys your self esteem and as a result, your desire to self improve diminishes and is replaecd with self hatred and sheer resilience: you dont feel like self improving but you still try because you dont want to "give up" as per red pill teachiings. Personally, this sort of thing has led to self harm. Which is a problem. How do you self improve properly with aspergers WHILST still being able to enjoy all the hobbies and things you used to enjoy in life? E.g. i used to love video games and watching movies. Now i dont. Coz deep down i feel like that, due to balck and white thinking, if i am too satisfied with games and movies, i will not be able to have the desire to do all those self improvement tasks as i will be satisfied with life. So i purposefully make myself as depressed as possible until i make sure i acheive all those goals (find work, get in shape, make enough freidns and become socially callibrated enough to get invited to parties, etc. and also being able to effortlessly flirt with women and finding relationships). Which doesnt work either. In summary the aspergers red pill dillemma = either a.) purposefully make youreslf depressed and anxious in order to motivate yourself to doing obsessive self improvement (which doesnt work due to burnout) or b.) become accustomed to blue pilled ideologies of being 'happy' and 'confident' and enjoying things you used to in life wihtout comparing yourself to others. This is also very dangerous as you will inevitably get behind your peers and you will be significantly disadvantaged in trying to achieve those self improvement goals.

What is option c.)? How do you combine red pill self improvement with blue pilled happiness/confidence in a way so that you are still able to make significant progress with self improvement without sacrificing your mental health????? Like i siad, if i try to be happy, i gaslight myself into thinking i shouldnt be becauase i havent achieved those self improvement goals. If i try to self improve, i end up with depression and anxiety due to high expectations and perfectionism.

What are people with aspergers supposed to do?
