I hate to be the one to tell you this but men have ruined dating for men. Far too many men are dangerous, lie for sex, sexist, etc. hence many women quitting dating. It would be easier for everyone if all men were more chill about dating and rejection’s especially.

Tell you what…stop expecting women to be submissive, overwhelmingly bear the brunt of child care and chores, stop the n-count double standard, stop prevaricating about your intentions when you’re trying to have sex with women, stop having sex with women that you’re not really interested in just to get laid, etc. etc. etc.

Then we can talk about how unfair it is that women don’t initiate with random men.

I'll repost what I said on the last thread that had a similar sentiment:

For most people here (and likely off the PPD subreddit), masculinity includes being confident, assertive, ambitious, and taking initiative. Femininity includes receptivity, yielding, sensitivity, being non-confrontational, and accommodating. And for most women, masculinity is attractive in men. Just like for most men, femininity is attractive in women.

For this reason alone, men approaching is good for men if he finds femininity attractive, and it's also good for women if she finds masculinity attractive. He cannot simultaneously want a submissive, receptive, yielding woman who also happens to be assertive, confrontational, and takes initiative when it comes to men.

Secondly, regardless of the driving force behind this dynamic (biology, culture, whatever you believe), the simple reality is that most women don't approach because they don't have to. If you have gone your whole life where men make the first move, why would you ever start approaching men? There is a group of women that do more approaching though. In my experience, women that are less desirable do more approaching or they wouldn't be chosen otherwise.

Just cause something is safer doesn't make it easier.

Women might have to put alot of effort into their appearance but after that

They don't have to do that much. They really don't. Women's grooming habits have more to do with the judgment of other women and themselves than they do with men.

That doesn't mean that it's never a factor, but it's not as fundamental as you think. You can leave the house straight out of bed and get a date if you're halfway cute. Especially if you're talking to someone who knows what you look like on a better day.

That said, these are just quibbles, I'm not arguing with you here. It's very frustrating.

But the most frustrating part is just dealing with all the prejudices women have about you while engaging with the process.

She can in her twenties but at her peril.

She'll have no game by the time she is 30+ and her desirability wouldn't be the same.

Eventually she'll have to get more active willingly or unwillingly.

If you can find a way to get into top 10% of desirable men and you actually care about getting girls, and got passion for them dating is a riot. I’ve had 2 couple year stretches in my life, cycling harems of women and always having a new chick on your side is fun for awhile.
