I agree that men slut shame high body count women here. Idk why men would lie about it happening it’s clear as day.

Everyone knows women care about looks. I think people like lying and saying other things matter more when really it’s subjective to each person.

While I've seen examples of slut-shaming, most often these women are called "low value" and to be honest, this is not an insult but a fact. They will be objectively rated lower than others

Women do similar things to men all the time, you just don't notice it because you're a woman. If a man posts anything about how difficult dating can be a man there will be an army of women replying trying to minimize that man's analysis and insult men.

I mean the immediate and obvious answer is that it's different guys. I've never used the term low vaule or shamed women for their body count. Yeah some men do that, maybe even most, but expecting me to defend the actions or beliefs of men I don't agree with is silly.

Though to be fair to the men that say "we knew that women are shallow" they probably mean that they know they just want them to admit it. Which I would personally agree with though maybe that too charitable.

And it's actually so stupid i'm just laughing that they think it will work.

Something I found very interesting about modern women is they can't separate their emotions with factual truth. That's why they get triggered wherever they go.

If you are already feeling ashamed and someone says "well I don't think I want to date promiscuous women" that only feels like an attack because it stings more, but again your feelings =/= truth..

Also again, men are not a single entity, you want a random individual to forcibly agree with what other random individual said, else he's gaslighting you?

Please don't generalize. There may be some men here that do. I am sorry if that is your experience.
As a therapist when l have had gaslighting between couples and it's not just different view points. It's pretty eaqual between men and women.

Well to start with, the whole "nobody does that" comment in a thread where people are doing that is classic reddit shit. People wildly exaggerate to the point of obviously being wrong constantly on this website and idk why they do it, makes conversation very difficult with such extreme black and white thinking.

But another aspect is that you seem to be expecting men to be a monolith and what's likely happening is that these are different men with different opinions, morals, politics, etc. engaging in these discussions.

The men can't be saying men don't slut shame. Of course, that's all over the place. I assume the men are saying they don't use the word 'trash'. I also don't recall that word used. And, whether it's 'shame' or not is subjective.

But high body count should be discouraged because it's bad for those women. YT's Kalel lived that life, and last week at age 36 she laid out her life and showed why it caused a "Dopamine addiction" that's made her miserable & she has trouble functioning in life.

There’s now studies that show that both genders really don’t romantically like someone having a high body count. So it seems like both genders have no issue slut shaming if need be. It’s that men might be more public about it.
