This reminds me of when I went to buy my first house. They have a section of the paperwork where they look into your background. As a part of it, they list all names you’ve ever been known as. The realtor told me that it’s actually quite common for there to be major drama at this part of it, and that she always sweats when this part of closing happens. Apparently there are many women that have had NUMEROUS previous marriages where they have changed their names, and never told their partner. There are many men who were falsely under the impression that they were their only lover. Sometimes this keeps them from closing all together, and leads to a massive fight and eventual breakup.

There isn't a way this wouldn't be repurposed for other things (visa and job applications are especially worrying) and it's almost certainly going to throw up lots of false positives.

Real adult film is actually hard to get into, and even harder to make a career out of. Women can typically get a chance if they are considered attractive, willing to travel to California, pass the test, but that doesn't mean it will go anywhere. Men have to know a guy already in it.
