Im curious to see the redpill, bluepill, purplepill perspective on this. (moreso redpill)

I was browsing IG when I saw a Heisenberg crying-laughing meme reacting to a meme above ut femboy malewives liking muscular girls. Most of the comments were about how society are trying to reprogram them and how they like women who look like actual women.

It just got me thinking, are guys who have the tendency to be attracted to women with masculine aspects such as being tall, fit, finacially sucessful, and more ambitious than them, are effeminate or insecure by nature. Perhaps know they couldn't really keep up with other men in this regard and are unconciously trying to find a woman with these masculine traits to fill the hole. They preference for women are basically there to compensate for what they lack.

In real life, I notice that the more conventionally masculine the guy, the more conventionally feminine his partner will be. For example, a tall mascular finacially sucessful guy will have a shortstack youthful looking girlfriend. Ive also noticed that shorter guys tends to have less problem dating a tall girl than a tall guy (who more or less is taller than her)

In fiction, particular in Japanese media, there seems to be a rise of series where a milquetoast non confrotational guy with nothing special going for him won over a girl who's way out of his league and is in someways more masculine than him (like being more athletic, better grades, more popular, same height if not a bit taller).

What are your thoughts on this?
