I am a balloon pilot and I think that hot air ballooning and flying in general is as male space as it gets. But women are now getting involved in my sport. I have always thought that I am pretty safe because I dont live in a woke western country but it has come here as well. Hot air ballooning was already ruined by women in woke countries and by some estimates up to 15% of balloon pilots might be women (100% of them the ugly ones) among the younger demographic it could be even much more! Why are they doing this? Is it because there so much push in the society for women to do traditionally manly things? If not why there arent the same percentage of men in knitting clubs for example?

What prompted me to write this was that a woman has recently become a member of our balloon club and it completely ruined everything. Having a woman around has obviously changed the whole mood of the balloon flights, sort of like having a woman in mens locker room. And the club had to make big changes to accomodate her. For example we had sort of like a shed at the launch field and it always had this cool den like atmosphere with empty beer cans lying around and so on. There were photos on the wall from the times when the club bought its first balloon and brought strippers to celebrate it. The photos were taken down and the whole shed was cleaned and does not look cool anymore. I have saved the pictures and I am looking at them as I type this.
