Well I always compare the redpill to stances on immigration. In my country (UK) ten years ago complaining about immigrants would get you classed as a bigot. In 2023 though, apprehension has become mainstream. The biggest difference between then and now is the socioeconomic bracket of those complaining. 10 years ago, immigration was still a problem relegated to the working classes. You would only see immigrants shuffled into poor inner city areas such as the one I grew up in. Now however. The latest data showed a net migration of 720k in the UK last year. Much of that figure was made up of foreign students (who are rich enough for their parents to pay the $25k out of pocket for each year), skilled professionals from outside the EU (like 50%+ of NHS doctors are now foreign born) and people displaced from places like Hong Kong who drive up the cost of housing (similar phenomenon happens in places like Toronto). In short, the effects of immigration are starting to seep into the middle classes. And thus now criticising it has become a-okay in the media.

Redpillers are (IMO) largely made up of working class and lower middle class men. The differing educational and economic outcomes between young men and women are most apparent here. UMC men are still attending college and are largely shielded from the effects of hypergamy (if anything, theyre the primary benefactors). However, this may indeed change as inflation, stagnating economies, immigration and the economic rise of the global south makes competition in the west even harder. Don't be surprised if many redpill ideals (gender roles, female chaste, anti single mother households) start gaining mainstream traction in lieu of redpill grifters like Tate.

I think it has more to do with stupidity and gullibility. Sure you could argue that bluepillers are just ignorant but I'm certain most of them are just midwits.

The observation that an ideological worldview selects for those likely to experience positive benefits concordant with that worldview is nothing special.

However

The blue pill by and large is correct --- outside the context of short-term mating proceeding from zero acquaintance.

Personality over time does count and does trump looks.

More marriages than TRP believes are happy, loving, and sexual for their duration --- even with so-called "beta" males.

TRP also contributes to the hyperagency of men by positing that problems that more result from the structure of monogamous marriage are the result of 'being beta.'

So-called alphas get cheated on and screwed over all the time.

I was born in literal poverty, had undiagnosed autism, 1 friend, and zero experience with women when I left school, and learned all of that socialising that I was supposed to do in high school as an adult living on the wrong side of the law and eventually jailed. By the age of 20.

born to a stable + financially secure household - anyone

at least above average looks - could be anyone

no health issues or mental illness - could be anyone outside genetics

had good childhood and did well in school - this is a nuclear family's responsibility to create this environment, could be anyone. just become someone is a "blue/red/purple pill" doesn't mean you are a walking angry unhappy person. this is a bad argument.

I think Congress should create a Bureau of Male Self-Esteem Improvement.

They could temporarily assign a supermodel to virgin men and have them give sex lessons until their confidence improves enough to approach women of comparable attractiveness.

Seems fair given centuries of systemic discrimination against dorky dudes.
