Disclaimer: I think this whole "mub trad husband/wife" is an internet circle jerk think and has actual irl presence in American religious cult communities. In most of the developed countries and many developing ones, it ain't a thing, especially in urban environments.

The type of woman you describe imo should just have a kind man who loves her and keeps up his efforts on the same level.

Surely you'd view this as a high value woman?

Both men and women deserve respect, appreciation, and love. If I found (another) woman who could be all those things, I would be grateful. I would expect me to have a decent job, pay for everything, provide a good, safe place to live and raise children, be faithful in marriage, get along with her family, not be jealous of her friends (including her male friends)or anything else she wants to do. I would also expect for me to help out, of course, with raising the children and maybe even housework. But if she doesn't have a job, there's no reason it shouldn't be done. I worked 14-hour days to help raise my children with my now ex-wife (she cheated on me). And everything was always taken care of. Always a nice home, dinner, etc. Which should be expected if you're gone 14 hours a day. Anyway, that's what I did. She was content for a while, but I guess she got bored with me being gone working. So I've actually lived that life of stay at home mom and working dad.

I guess to start I don’t much believe in the idea of “high value”

with that being said, she needs a traditional man - ie. a man who is willing to provide for her and the family, protect and take care of her and the family, support her and the family via non financial means, is able to bring her what she needs/wants (within reason) and ensure she has the space to fully thrive with her energy (just as such a woman would probably want a man to thrive in his)

A man who values and presents traditional masculine traits, not just in income but also in competency. What I would imagine is an emotionally stoic man who is skilled and competent in various of home maintenance and physical labor. A man whose virtues comes from conventional wisdom, regardless of relevancy. Also a hard worker who values ideals of hard work.

Btw I don’t prescribe to some of those ideals.

Man should be able to support them financially 100%

He should be extremely physically fit, strong, athletic and capable of violence. (Combat training+physical development)

He should be highly competent and able to use his competence to solve complex issues such as how to fix a broken utility item, or how to prep the house for a natural disaster.

He should be vigilant and aware, always ready to lay down his life to protect his wife and kids.

He should be constantly cultivating attraction with his wife by doing things she enjoys and keeping himself attractive.

He should never cheat and never entertain cheating.

He should be able to read how his wife is feeling and constantly be trying to react to her feelings in a way that cultivates attraction, happiness, and fulfillment.

He should help her with her labors wherever he can.

“Deserves” is a strong word. Couples that are, at least from the outside, the most happy are those in which each partner was not thinking about what they “deserved“ but rather how they could add to the other person’s happiness.

I don't think "deserves" is a really a great way to think about partners. But this sounds like a very caring, committed, and cooperative woman. I think people who have a lot to offer like that should also have high standards in return. What exactly that entails depends on what exactly the woman in question values in a guy. Any description of that potential guy would just be a list of generally desirable traits.

No one gets what they deserve. That's not how life works. You get what you negotiate. I have known girls like this and they unfortunately tend to fall into the trap of throwing everything at the attractive boys at church, getting their hearts broken when sex didn't mean love, and possibly even keeping the baby and marrying another guy who jumps on the opportunity to victimize them.

On the other hand, they sometimes luck out and end up living the lives you thought weren't possible anymore. I am jealous of very few people in life, but the people who can find early, true love that has no baggage are really lucky.

I'm uncomfortable using the term "deserve" in this context. Everyone should strive to be content with their life regardless of what it's like. Everyone should strive to be the best possible spouse.

All that being said, a husband should keep the following standard:

-be a devout Christian (the rest of the points are contained in this one!)

-be totally monogamous: he shouldn't so much as look at porn or fantasize about other women

-don't even consider divorce unless she cheats, or perhaps if she commits some other enormous injustice against him

-satisfy her sexually

-choose every day to love her as he loves his own body

(this love must be demonstrated through actions; he must be willing to give his life for her!)

(this love must be unconditional, though he shouldn't let her disrespect him)

-don't be bitter against her

-be considerate/understanding towards her

-honour her: she may be physically weaker, but as a human, she's equal

-provide for her & for their children (it isn't necessarily wrong for her to have a job, but because in OP's scenario she takes care of the cooking, cleaning, & childcare, it's fair to expect him to make all the money)

-give their children a good, Christian upbringing; discipline the kids but don't provoke or vex them

All of these points must be understood with the caveat "as much as is reasonably possible".
