I see that advice all over - if she doesn't pull her weight in conversation move on, if she takes more than 24 hours to reply move on, if she never initiates the conversation move on etc.

I understand the message behind the advice but if I embrace this approach I would move on from about 90% of women (and about 98% of women I'm actually really attracted to) because frankly I'm always the one having to do almost all of the heavy lifting.

I've tried playing it cool and sending short and direct messages, know what happens? I get nothing.

I'm 6'4 and fairly good looking but fact is even women less attractive have options coming out of their asses and there's really no reason why they would get attached to any one guy enough to enthusiastically message him and initiate conversations and put a lot of effort in.

I agree with cutting loose anyone who doesn't seem to reciprocate your effort since I think maintaining self-respect is important and we shouldn't be jumping through flaming hoops for women but actually following this advice gets more nowhere.

Could I be doing something wrong or does this seem relatable?
