I don’t think this is so black and white. Some people feel an instant attraction to another person and will immediately show signs of interest while another person may feel that same instant attraction and not show it outwardly. Some women are shy, less confident, anxious.. it all depends on the person and the situation at hand.

There are also different levels of attraction. While she may feel immediate attraction towards your physical appearance, you might open your mouth and sound dumb as rocks. You’re nice to look at but you bore the fuck out of her so it won’t go anywhere.

Also, she might not initially be as attracted to your physical appearance but once you two get a good conversation going, her interest and your attractiveness builds on that.

Overall, most women crave mental and emotional stimulation, whereas men crave a more physical and sexual experience. If you can bridge that gap, women will be much more interested and attracted to you.

No quick way to get that answer. Proceed and see what actions she takes. If she bangs you, then she's attracted. If she keeps banging you regularly and enthusiastically, then you're maintaining attraction. If it's been 4 weeks and she seems to always have a headache, you're losing it.

It depends where you head is.

For aromantic people, they experience attraction differently. They can find people sexually attractive but don't want a romantic relationship with them.

They don't limerence nor crushes.

I lost interest over girls when I realized their personality/lack of charisma didn't engage me.

Short term attraction vs long term attraction

Short term attraction works best with short term girls. More based on proximity and shallowness. This fades very quick. This is also called limerence. Experience this in my teens and early 20s.

Long term attraction is based on history and connection. You guys click based on your attitude, perspective, humor, etc. Attraction past sex.

I think as a baseline the quickest way to find out is to actually meet in person.

I can't tell you the number of times I clicked with someone while messaging and just realized I wasn't into them when we actually met.

Of course after that it gets more hazy, people might lie about interest. Etc.

If you think a girl isn’t attracted to you, she isn’t. If she is being very flirtatious, laughing at everything you say, touching you, etc. then maybe she is interested. In my experience “no” is a lot clearer than a “yes”. Many girls will flirt just for attention as well and will dangle the carrot of dating/having sex with them in order to get that attention from you.

There are 3 levels to attraction:

-1: they don't find you attractive

0: neutral attraction, can be swayed with personality

+1: there is immediate attraction

Attraction is not necessarily a "negotiation", but rather it's being able to swoon the girls that are neutrally attracted to you at the beginning. This is where "game" is heavily involved. You don't need immediate attraction to make chemistry happen, in fact I think more girls will date far lower than their own looks than most men will.

On the other hand, just because there is attraction immediately doesn't mean you can't fuck it up. If you're a pretentious asshole, then most girls can be immediately turned off from that.

The best way to tell is body language. An easy one is if she looks at you constantly or if she flips her hair to expose her neck to you. If seated and her hips are facing your direction this is another good sign. She smiles around you or she wants to be close to you in situations. Depending on the girl, they will want to touch you often too.

Shy girls will send signals differently. Instead of staring at you, in the beginning, she will turn away immediately when you look at her and look flush. She may get quiet around you too, but this is because she's shy not because she doesn't like you.

It really depends on the girl, but attraction can be swayed based on personality to individuals who are "neutrally attracted to you". The good news, a vast majority of the population will be neutrally attracted to you (meaning that your personality and presentation is the most important factors in your success with dating, not your face).

Body language can be hit or miss. Most actual body language analysis needs a baseline because everyone is different. Someones face touch could just be a nervous tic. Someones lack of eye contact or facing away from you could not mean they dont like you but actually that they are too insecure to open up.
