Life likes men who create value. Men who live their life with commitment to their cause or meaning. With integrity to each moment, to live up to their own (hopefully self examined) standards of behavior and performance. Men with enough self reflection to have some level of humility such that it allows them to continually be open to learning and taking advice.

Men who decide what they want to do or who they want to be, and sacrifice everything to make that happen to their highest potential and learn grace in that day to day struggle.

Do that moment by moment, day by day, for the next ten years, your life will be bountiful. How could it not? It's unfortunately the same advice our grandparents or religions had about how to carry ourselves. Success is a consistent result of simple advice and practices.

Strong and confident women fall for two different types of guys:

guys with feminine traits, that compliment their own masculine traits.
guys, who are even more strong and confident than themselves and bring back the feminine side in them.

Option 1 will tend to be less stable. Because sooner or later almost all women will crave for masculine polarity and society does not encourage long term relationships. But if the woman is not damaged and the less masculine guy brings something to the table (looks, good character, money, social status) it can work out in certain cases.
If a man is mainly attracted to strong, confident and independent women, he should ask himself, whether his own masculine side is developed enough. There are men with a more feminine core and that is okay. But the vast majority of modern men is just alienated form their own masculinity as modern women are from their femininity.

Confident woman here with an executive job and multiple degrees. I didn’t find a good partner until later in life. I wavered between being attracted to fun, confident, good looking men (meaning men who are not long term commitment-level material) and secure, confident, high-quality men. I chose the fun men when I wasn’t meeting high-quality men.

Deep down I wanted a long-term relationship with a partner who is as educated and successful as I am. A person who is multi-dimensional like I am … meaning they are more than just a job and a singular hobby. I want an equal to myself in most ways.

I’ve always been with very successful, very beautiful women. Ones in charge of most of the rooms they are in. I’m pretty normal. I do things that interest me. I make good money but not as much as them. They feel comfortable with me in charge as I’m good at it and am not an asshole. I've seen some highly confident women date super losers who like not to have jobs/cars, play video games, and even fat dudes with small penises with no rhyme or reason. Like chicks who are paralegals/lawyers or even nurses/RNs and even Models.

I think half is being the right place at the right time for these guys and I think the other half is because the confident women wants someone not so confident who balances them out.

Attraction can be confusing a lot of the time. It's often not logical. There's not some math formula you can plug number into. "If I add 3 dad joke here and divide by Netflix and chill I can attract these kinds of people." It doesn't work like that.

We don't have to over think these things too much. There are general trends you can observe, but beyond that fussing over minute details will give diminishing results. And you can often end up sabotaging yourself. "Well people say these types are only attracted to these other types so I won't even bother." I say try anyway. Just try to be the best virgin of yourself you can be and put genuine effort into finding someone.

As an example, I've seen jock types that were attracted to other jocks, or nerds, or preps, or tomboys, or softboys, or playboys, etc. Just ask anyone you're attracted to. They'll either say yes or no. Humans aren't always logical or consistent.

Men who do not waste time with anime and games, but instead has got real hobbies - archery, gunnery, cars, musical instruments, aircraft modeling, military, astronomy, history, basically anything. My boyfriend opened up about being bullied because of his weight when he was younger on our second date, and how this effected him growing up. He later started taking care of himself more, not in a manic way, just healthy, and people treated him entirely different, this made him doubt peoples intentions and how easily they sway depending on peoples looks. It’s impossible to group all “confident” women in one category. One confident woman may be attracted to a man who is also confident. Another might want a man who is more keen to take a back seat. Another might go for a man just because he’s hot, another because he’s funny. I think what goes confident women together is that they know WHAT they want and they’re confident they’re going to get it. So just be confident in who you are and improve yourself and that’ll go a long way.
