Was in the same boat dude. Allocate some of your $$ each month to just getting a room. A decent room will cost at least 50 bucks, which sucks but it is what it is. I would also consider saving up for an SUV. A cheap one will do, I had an OLD Lexus which was worth probably around 5 grand. You can put the back seats down and then use towels as covering. You'll need a car sooner or later anyway, but other than that I'm not sure what else you can do.

Not driving doesn’t really make it any easier, the back seats of my car saw some of the best escapades of my young adult life when I was 20. Motels and budget hotels, depending on your financial situation, can do the job but as long as everyone is aware that they aren’t a romantic break, more of a functional stop gap. Maybe she’d be up for it if she has a car? I know you’re already throwing the idea of her place out, but it’s the most logical. Unless you have friends at college / university or something. Start doing nice things for your parents. Like get them a gift certificate to their favorite restaurants or tickets to a show. Anything that might get them out of the house for the night, but on your time.

But also, that's a short term solution. I see the value in living with your parents and don't judge anyone in their 20s who do. It's cheaper and easier. But that does come with trade-offs. And there are other benefits to moving out besides just a place to bring a date. Seriously consider if this is what you want. If a place to smash is all you want your own place for, I wouldn't say that a good enough reason to take that next stuff for.

There seems to be a lot of "rent a hotel room" which, in my situation at your age was out of my budget and equally not an option just to get some play.

I don't know what your parents are like or your relationship with them or the layout of your house is but I would try to level with them. It's either you have the freedom to bring them home, or you risk going somewhere illegally, being caught exposing yourself to someone accidentally all of which can lead to getting arrested.

Assure your parent's it doesn't have to be chaos. Which means you need to be enough of an adult to try and manage the situation. Do your best to make sure they don't wakeup while you're coming in, doing the deed or sneaking them out. Make sure your parents don't have to meet or see the girl ever, unless that's what they want.

Develop a system to communicate without making you, your parents or the girl uncomfortable. When you get the girl situated in your room, turn on a brown noise in a common space to try and drown out any noise you two will be making, this will also be a code to your parents "hey someone is here PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB US". Ask your parents to turn on a TV or something loud enough for you to hear if they can hear you. This will let you know that you've already messed up and hopefully will help them drown you out, also gives you an opportunity to tell the girl to shut the fuck up. Maybe if your parents lose their patience to turn on a light outside your room meaning "you have 10 mins before I knock on your door and kick them out" so that you can say "hey I can't do this anymore you gotta go".

This all comes with you doing your part respecting their home, not as your parents but as cohabitants. Ideally you shouldn't be waking up your room mates because you wanna have some sex so you shouldn't wake up your parents either.

If you have some cash I'd say a Uber to a decent hotel and get one for the night. Depending on the city and distance from the party to hotel this can be done for under $100. I have decent experience doing this in Raleigh, NC. So take that with a grain of salt as different areas has different prices, etc.

A motel might be even better to save money. But the girl might feel weirded out. So just gauge her reactions to your suggestions and try to determine the best route.
