I've only ever heard this used as a joke, like when Ariana Grande homewrecked with Spongebob. It's like yeah what she's doing is bad but I'm not going to criticize her for it (usually because they find it funny/entertaining/juicy gossip)

But since you are looking for a fight instead of an answer, it means women are judged more harshly than men and are put on a pedestal and expected to represent the Angel of the House, in contrast to “boys will be boys”.

When men cause a pregnancy: she should have known better and men will pay him cash under the table and willfully pay taxes to cover Chad’s “mistakes” while shaming women for the exact same act.

Women women get drunk and pass out behind the bar in a piss soaked alley, men are forgiven for raping her behind a dumpster because they have potential as a college athlete.

When women give a man a second chance because he “lost his temper”, she has to fight a judge for a restraining order because “she shouldn’t have been arguing with a man twice her size and strength”.

When a woman is drugged and raped, she “shouldn’t have had a drink at the bar”.

When a woman is catcalled, it’s her fault for being attractive.

It's a joke. Although I think we should defend that women can do things that aren't good without facing undue gendered consequences that men don't face or these things being assigned as a failing of her whole gender.

I’m pretty sure it’s a meme. Like a play on words.

To analyze it a bit essentially it’s acknowledging the freedom of choice people have to live their own life and make their own mistakes.

It counters previous generations where young women were protected and sheltered, not given the freedom to make their own path in life. So at the heart of this joke is a grain of truth that giving someone the freedom of choice also gives them freedom to make mistakes and in a slightly positive note, to learn from their mistakes.

I support people who are human and make mistakes but I do not see the point in supporting malice. I don’t think that is what feminism should be (or is) about.

I haven't heard it, but I'd imagine it's basically holding both men and women to the same standards when caught doing wrong. Something isn't worse because a woman did it, etc.

It's a joke that means you support women doing things that are technically or legally "wrong" but they are morally correct. Or things that aren't that bad but they're funny and good-natured.
