It comes up time and time again in real life and this sub but women (and me who think like them) consistently give awful dating advice. When you’ve never had to pursue or acquire a resource you never had an opportunity to develop a skill. Women for the most part are always being pursued by men from the time they’re young. They don’t have to strategize, go thru trial and error and try to improve to maximize their options. That’s why much of the “oh you’ll run into the right girl” or “it’ll happen when you’re not thinking about” makes sense for someone sifting thru options, for many guys taking this advice will lead you sitting around twiddling your thumbs. Even the most good looking of guys are not getting actively pursued by women and have to put themselves out there an initiate. So when it comes to much of these discussions online about how men strategize and pursue, no offense ladies but your advice is typically way off.
