I’d say somewhere around average. An inch shorter or longer isn’t really going to be an issue and I think this goes for most people. There are however always some women who will see it as super important but that’s just life.

Second.....for the most part, it's girth that matters most, not length. Regarding length, most women can’t tell unless he’s very small or very long. Neither is preferable outside of women or men with fetishes on either end.

Once because he had a legit, medical micropenis. To give context, it looked like a small nutmeg, and I was fairly inexperienced/didn't know how to handle it. He also didn't bring any other skills to compensate for it

Average is best, in my opinion. I've only been with one guy who was significantly smaller than normal. It wasn't ideal, but he made it work and it wasn't an issue. I did dump a dude about a month into our relationship because his dick was WAY too big. Like monstrous. Eh, some of my better sexual experiences have been with men who had smaller penises because a majority of the sensation during penetration was concentrated toward the front of my vagina. Most of the pleasure-receptive nerves are toward the front of the vagina, like the urethral sponge and even the Skeins gland. Also, there's only one type of orgasm. Internal and external orgasms are the same thing, and neither are inherently more or less intense.

The difference is it's harder to effectively stimulate to orgasm solely from the inside. Some people, as individuals, experience more intense orgasms when the clitoris is stimulated from the inside, or when other areas inside are stimulated. However, if I remember right, somewhere around only 30% of women reliably orgasm from penetration.

I think the reason why big dicks are such a big deal is because they are more attractive/arousing than smaller ones, not necessarily because they do it better. I will concede that big dicks are inarguably better at least at one thing: brutalizing cervixes.

The range of what I consider acceptable is 4-7". I find smaller penises more comfortable and my ideal is 5".

If a guy told me that his penis is "nothing out of the ordinary" I would assume that he's within the range that I consider acceptable, so IMO the only reason she feels deceived is that she's used to guys who are bigger than this man.

Assuming this girl is in the USA, the average penis length is around 5-5.5 inches (self reported data has it around 6, but studies conducted with actual measurements puts it closer to 5, same as UK. Australia and New Zealand.) So this guy was only barely below average and there probably wouldn't be much of a difference between him and most other guys.

In fact it is more about girth then length. The length is fine until you can penetrate first 2.5 (varies from a woman to a woman though) inches of her vagina in any pose.

Of course, longer penis still is better because evolutionary it gave an advantage of shooting closer to cervix which was important back then. Not really important now, but evolution is slow, you know.
