I like the comment that said, "if you're healthy, you don't need any pills". The thing is, understanding the sexual marketplace, and the differences between men and woman, doesn't rule out love and a romantic notion of the universe. You can make your own life as you want it to be, while still understanding the basic mechanisms, and respecting the constraints and dangers of those mechanisms. I'm sorry, but you don't need to be red or blue, or alpha vs beta, or whatever. Those are their models of the world, and need not be yours, though you can still accept or acknowledge some of what they're saying. Just be yourself, and fuck other people's judgements of who they might think you are, including on this forum. Be curious and skeptical in your own terms, and never buy into someone else's worldview.

Reading TRP is liberating for me, because I've always thought a lot of these things, long before I discovered this sub--but if I even suggested them aloud I would get shot down for being insensitive, politically incorrect, what have you. So for me, it was the other way around. I felt like I hated everyone before adopting a RP mindset; now I don't, since I've learned to just view people in terms of what they have to offer me, and let them hamster away everything else all they want.

I hate people before I found out stuff here. This sub and the information on other sites had actually helped me to gain a deeper understanding (than I thoughti had before) about the differences between men & woman and why things are the way they are.

I'm actually happier that I'm learning that it isn't so much that people are bad and to be hated (in she done well argue otherwise haha) by that it was my expectations that were the problem. That caused me to try to blame others for my lack of success, and after trying a few these techniques and teaches out I've realised that is been DOWN TO ME. It always has been. It always will be.

So theres no point in hating people, but realise that anger/hate is just a step forward into your enlightenment and self improvement.

Edit: if it's still an issue for you then when you become "god" and/or own your own planet then you can arrange the rules ;)

Hate is normal when understanding the word. How to be able to not hate?

It takes time. The hate stems from feeling tricked, manipulated and lied to. But you also realize that people aren't aware of how they function (neither men nor women) so it really isn't their fault (-ish).

You should not worry over things you do not have control over. People function the way they do and you can use that to your advantage. You can't take responsibility for others lives.

You really can't hate someone when you know they truly "can't help themselves". You however are in control and this can make you humble. You have as much power as possible (much more than you did) and blue pill individuals do not. How can you hate people who you percieve as being "asleep" and unable to wake up no matter how hard you try?

You would rather feel sorry for them if anything. But you can still communicate with them within their "dream world". Just that you are awake and can monitor variables on a screen at the same time.

The more I dig into the truth, the more I feel like I am in hell. Realizing that love doesn't exist, but it's actually dominance that rules is quite depressing. I can't relate to anyone any more because they're all BP to the max.

It is what it is. The problem is not so much the reality of the situation but people's lack of awareness. If people were by and large RP, we would have far less slurs, and far fewer manginas, and the world would be a much nicer place.

Your observation is understandable but founded more on the superficial elements of RP than the fundamental ideas underneath.

Posts in this forum often devolve into dick measuring contests of who can be more alpha / Machiavellian / dark triad than the next guy. It gets pretty silly and a lot of guys come off as try-hard comic book villains or just out-and-out autists.

What you have to realize is that many men here (myself included) have come from a place of extreme dysfunction and misinformation about relationship dynamics. That colors everything we see and makes all human interaction suspect (at first). It's just the pendulum swinging to the other side.

Eventually, any normal human being will realize that no dogma is a prescription for happiness. We all need "magic" and "romance" in our lives. I think that's a given. But, like an alcoholic or morbidly obese person starting to diet - the un-learning of bad habits (ultra beta / BP behavior) requires a certain amount of vigilance in the early stages.

In short - take many posts with a grain of salt. People tend to be loose with their language here as its a rare venting outlet for these issues. It doesn't mean you sacrifice your humanity or stop seeing the good in people. You use the information in accordance with your own values and find the balance the works for you.

Here's the thing. Depression is, in my humble NON-MEDICAL, ANECDOTAL experience, created when you are in an overly passive, thinking-mode. You are purely contemplating TRP, you are sitting back and looking at the world through the subjective experiences of other people.

Actively apply TRP and I guarantee you will find it actually beautiful. When you get out and go try to apply game with your friends, and your success inspires them to stick with it, and one year later you all have changed... it's more optimistic than any BP crap out there. When you use TRP to get shit done in the office and make your time efficient, when you hammer through office politics (or better yet learn to love and manipulate the politics)... the depression will vanish because you are EXPRESSING something. You're not just thinking about it.

When you think about TRP, you get depressed because frankly, it seems like reality is simply too much to handle. Which is why I would recommend you try to learn 3 RP principles every month, and spend the month actually trying to internalize them through behavior (not thinking about them 24/7).

There is nothing depressing about TRP; TRP is extremely reassuring because it clears up a lot of the mystery and obfuscation men deal with on a daily basis. When you understand human behavior on a micro and macro scale, you will be depressed initially, but when you use that understanding to do something, whatever that something may be, you will inevitably pull out of that depression.

As for hating people, that is a reflection of the hate you feel for yourself. Do a lot of good shit with your time, then you start loving yourself more. Then find and network with other humans who do good shit with their time (ideally better shit than you do) and find inspiration in their journeys. Lastly, inspire others in their journeys, and TRP will keep you very busy and positive. Negativity is a natural result of stillness and paralysis by analysis - unless you have scholar-monk like control where you can sit still and just think endlessly, you will generally only be able to create positivity through doing shit.

Your expectations over what the world should be are (most likely) ridiculous, and that is what is making you sad. But the world is and will be how it is regardless of your expectations.

Paradoxically those high expectations don't allow you to see how amazing the world is, how, despite how limited, ruthless and unforgiving the world is, cooperation happens often and it happens because it is a very successful strategy. There are lots of blogs and youtube channels that cover this same stuff in a way thats not as obnoxious. RSDTyler is probably my favorite youtuber for that. He is obnoxious as well and sometimes really stupid, but he will at least show you a blueprint for how to put this shit into practice without being a huge fucking tool.

That was true in almost all of the world until the 1700s or 1800s (hell, dueling was only banned in some countries in the 1960s!), and is still true in many parts of the world today.

It is a little bitter at first - but after a while it just becomes reality. It's analogous to realizing you're going to die one day. Yeah, it sucks. Yeah, it'd be great if it wasn't true. But it is true. Knowing the reality of the situation gives you better tools to prepare the rest of your time.

Same with TRP.

And like some of the other posters have said - when things click and make sense, it's somewhat liberating. The cognitive dissonance between what you want to believe girls will act like and how they actually do act is huge until you swallow the redpill.

It can be depressing at first, but remember it is just the way it is. Women can love you, they just love differently than men. They are not wrong anymore than we are to love the way we do. Try to think of it as an adventure. You see what others do not, nor do they want to. I am pretty happy with my life knowing the truth, and use that truth to better my life. I still have LTRs occasionally, and love them deeply. Having a relationship with a women is like owning a sports car. They are a lot of fun, but require more maintenance. Game is life my friend. Once you internalize it, you will be on the path to a better, and happier life. Good luck my friend.

It's easy to get angry/upset/depressed when reading this type of subject matter. However, once you accept things for how they are, you begin to not worry about it so much.

Plus, once you've accepted things for how they are, think of the advantage this gives you over other men who are still plugged in. You now know the rules of the game and how to exploit them.

It is true what they say about the red pill though... Once you've swallowed it, there's no going back. You can't go back to the way things were before. Even if you don't choose to implement the information on this sub into your life, you can't ever turn away from it or forget its existence. You will see things in life that can be explained by the social structures presented in red pill theory.

Before finding this sub, I held a lot of the beliefs found here but in my subconscious mind. I knew something was wrong with the way I saw the world compared to the garbage I was being shoveled by society. TRP put the words to what I somehow already knew. Yes, I didn't want to believe it at first, but the more I read, the more things began to resonate with my own experiences and insights into the world around me.

I've now decided to become the best me I can be. As lame as that sounds, finding TRP is what finally motivated me to become the man that I want to be. You are the only person on this planet responsible for your needs, wants and happiness. You are responsible for your successes and your failures. If you do what you've always done, you will get what you've always received. If you aren't getting what you want out of life, take the necessary steps to get it. This is what TRP means to me.

Build it and they will come.

Quite the opposite for me, for a reason that nobody else has mentioned yet. As many others have said already, it's brought me a new sense of empathy and increased my happiness in many of the same ways, so I'll skip that. But what it has given me is a logic to which I can apply my well tuned reasoning abilities.

If you think about the brain as a symbolic execution machine, it has certain thought patterns that apply to symbols with certain relationships. We're conditioned and play back patterns that consistently give us rewards. The red pill teaches us which symbols exist in love and war, and suddenly we can use our reasoning abilities; we are no longer randomly rewarded positively or negatively for our actions, instead we decide what we want with foresight.

I'm just gonna answer part of your question here, since most of your post has already been covered in great detail. How do I not hate everyone?

This is quite tricky. Until recently, I was still very angry with basically everyone. I'm going to explain my epiphany using The Matrix as a metaphor, which is where the name of the sub comes from too - quite nice, I think.

Essentially, we all live - and have always lived, as a species - within a set of rules that govern interpersonal actions, and interpersonal communications. Let's call this the Matrix. Now, the Matrix can be benevolent, by disallowing actions like theft and rape, and punishing those who commit offences. It can disallow communications like how to build nuclear weapons. We can all agree that every two-bit terrorist knowing how to make a nuke would be bad.

But the Matrix changes constantly, and it is being changed from within. People make choices, and add, remove or modify rules. In the end, most people are completely controlled by them. For example, I have zero desire to steal or rape, or find out how to make a nuke. If there were no rules against it, and no negative consequences, I'd probably be less averse, based on how other species of ape act. And I like to think of myself as Red Pilled, and free from the Matrix.

Over time, the Matrix has shifted to be hostile to some of the inhabitants. Rules were added by people who didn't - and couldn't - understand the impacts of them, and very few - if any - modifications were malicious. But the Matrix shifted, and the next generation made more changes. A snowball effect started, and is still rolling today. These changes lead to most people suffering, and a few profiting. The Red Pill is about being in the latter group rather than the former, by disregarding the rules about communication and looking at the Matrix from the outside. Those who are still 'plugged in' are the enemy, not because they are bad, but because they are operating under the Matrix's rules, and those rules fight against people leaving.

You can feel sorry for those who are plugged in, or blue pill, and you can feel angry about those who willfully close their eyes, but you can't force them to unplug. They have to get to that point themselves, at most you can lend a hand when they get there.

In the end, if you hate, then hate the game, not the players. They didn't do anything to get bluepilled, they were born into the Matrix. So they are the enemy, but also a victim.

The realization that a woman won't love you for just relaxing and being yourself is quite tough. So, as you say, this leads to the notion that a man has to be calculating and manipulative in order to maintain a woman's affection. But if you work hard enough on yourself and attain high enough SMV, eventually it will no longer be an act. You can never relax because you're always working on improving yourself and going after your goals.

This one is just an observation of field reports; they read like 'shades of grey' for men.

This is part of why the red pill analogy is so appropriate. The true sexual nature of women can be difficult to understand for someone who doesn't have first-hand experience with it. For example, I woman I hadn't yet had sex with invited me over to her apartment and after I arrived she told me she had to take a shower. She left the bathroom door open so I got naked, walked into the shower and fucked her. This is the kind of story I would have had difficult believing only a year ago.

Yes it's all very depressing. However, there is simply no choice in whether or not you accept this world view. It's simply true and my own real life experiences bear it out. Just last weekend I was witness to my newly married friend's wife starting all this drama and bullshit with him for being out with the guys even though he had made it clear that he was going to do that.

This whole wanting to be loved thing is just a construct of your beta upbringing where you expect women to be doe-eyed and so very pleased for you to storm in and save her life at the last minute an have feelings and a stupid fucking ring in your nose and be all understanding when a dude tricks her into cheating on you and blah blah.

You are still in that denial stage. It sucks, but it's just how things are. And really, when you think about it long enough, if you were a girl would you really want to be "saved" by every fucking guy who crosses your path? Do you really think that they all need to be plucked from mediocrity by some douchebag in touch with his feelings? Imagine if every girl you met found every one of your tired jokes funny, or told you that you looked super awesome even though you know you've woken up that day with a bad hangover and your hair looks like Sonic the Hedgehog's.

Why hate everyone? It's just the way people are. Do you really want to waste your life talking about feelings or would you rather go do something fun, or go to the gym and get built?

Get past the anger stage quickly. You can either put it behind you, or wait until life deals you the same hand over and over until you figure it yourself. I chose the latter route, wasted my 20s doing so!
