Actually, is awesome. You can focus on yourself and plant the seeds to become a great man.

Here's some advice I would give to my 14yo self.

Learn to work hard and enjoy it. I mean in school, in sport, in whatever you do. Your peers will make it look like putting in effort is what losers do; it isn't. If you learn to work hard, make it an habit, you will succeed in everything.
Do the opposite. Your friends waste time? Don't. Do they dance like monkeys around cheerleaders? Don't. Do they get high before a test? Don't. Peer pressure is incredibly strong around 16. Remember this. Do the opposite of average people, or you'll be average people.
Socialize at all costs. Learn how to talk to boys and girls. It will be scary, and you will get confused. You emotion will go through the roof. You will want to stay comfortable. Don't. DON'T. The more people you get to know now, the better off you'll be.
Control your emotions. Now is when you shape you identity, don't let being shy or being scared of rejection become part of it. And don't let yourself sulk or go rebel or any other shit teenagers do. Learn to be in control now and you'll be in control of others tomorrow.
Learn real skills. If you learn skills now they will be ingrained in your brain and you'll be a master by the time you are in college. My advice: learn to code, learn to sell, and learn to fix shit. This will train you mind, your mouth, and your hands.
Learn martial arts. I suggest kick boxing, but it really depends on what you like. Try different things, but do it. It will help you down the road.

Dude you are so lucky, I wish I had TRP when I was 14.

Start lifting now and don't stop! Get your parents to buy you a gym membership some gyms allow for kids your age. If not then have your parents get you an at home bench and free weight set.

Your highschool probably has a weight lifting class, take it. Lifting is going to boost your confidence a bunch and make you more physically attractive as well. The other guys will respect you as well.

You're definitely not too young to start flirting with girls and hooking up. I got my first hand job when I was 13. In highschool the girls are SO easy, fuck as many as you can but don't get any of them pregnant.

This seems like a troll thread. I'm going to treat it like it's not. You shouldn't worry about girls. You should focus on yourself.

Eat healthy, lots of vegetables like kale, spinach, broccoli, carrots, and sweet potatoes.

Stay fit, you're young and active so it shouldn't be hard to find something to do. Play basketball, join the swim team, lift and join a football team. Anything just put all your efforts into it and it will reap rewards and you have a bunch of confidence and stories and friends.

Treat everyone with respect, be thankful for everyone and their time, and in turn they will respect you. Judgemental people are ugly, you shouldn't concern yourself with what other people do or even care. people who look nervous or anxious make other feel the same. Look everyone in the eyes and smile, don't worry if others cant, some people are so afraid of nothing and they freak out around others.

Read. Read the millionaire fastlane, the way of the peaceful warrior, the book of pook, the prince, the twilight of the idols, the power of now, meditations by marcus aurelius, the teachings of buddha, gullivers travels, brocas brain and the cosmos by carl sagan. A lot of these are audio books on YouTube or free pdfs online, download them and listen to them.

Make everything look effortless. Mention nothing of self improvement, and realize people like what the can place in boxes, so when they see you or miss you they really just miss the value you provide them, which to say your outward flow of good emotions, good times, simplicity, and humor.

And don't worry about proving anything to anyone, you have the greatest asset of all, time, on your side. You shouldn't waste it but you should never be doing something just to look like you keep busy to everyone, the saying is a little goes a long way. This is true with the seeds of improvment that will grow and blossom at their own pace.

A lot of the advice here is geared towards older people, but there are things you can be doing right now, as a boy, that will make your life better when you are a man.

Exercise. Especially weightlifting. Your body is brimming with testosterone right now, and your metabolism is young and healthy. You are at the best time of your life to add muscle mass. The more muscle mass you have, the better your life will be. Lift. It's okay if you are weak right now. Don't be embarrassed. Lift. If you can only lift 100 lbs, or 50, then lift it. Even if it's embarrassing to be moving tiny weights alongside bigger guys. Do not let that stop you. The best time to start anything is "years ago". But the second best time is "right now".
Cut sugar out of your diet. It's addictive and horrible and makes you fat. Worse, the sugar you eat right now won't make you fat right now, it will make you fat when you are older. You can be fucking up your 25-year-old self and have NO VISIBLE SIGNS of it today. Stop now. Especially soda. That stuff is a vile poison straight from satan's asscrack.
Learn to be cynical. That doesn't mean negative or despairing, it means realizing that everyone has selfish motivations. Learn to ask yourself what those motivations are, whenever anyone, adult, child, or teenager, does or says anything. Don't take their words at face value, look for the hidden agenda. Hidden agendas are not always malevolent, sometimes they will align with your goals just fine. But you should always know what they are. Someone whose selfish motives are clear is always more trustworthy than someone who claims to be benevolent.
Be patient. Being a teenager is frustrating. Nature says you are an adult. Your brain is fully developed. But your society puts you in the role of a child. This is why teenagers are rebellious and angsty. It's true that teenagers don't know shit, and say stupid things, but that's not because you are a child. It's because you are being unnaturally sheltered from the pressures and responsibilities you need in order to grow strong. If you want independence, learn not to rely on ways your parents and teachers shelter you. Get a job even if your parents pay for everything... or buy stuff other kids want, in bulk, and start selling it at school. Arrange your own rides instead of getting your parents to drive you places. Deal with businesses, school forms, and other paperwork responsibilities yourself instead of letting your parents handle it.
Know that what you do now matters. You are forming habits that will last a lifetime. Most of your peers think that this is the time to mess around and have fun while waiting for adulthood... but adulthood isn't something that happens to you. It's something you learn.
Learn a skill that you you can sell for money. What you already good at? Programming? Fixing cars? Drawing? Persuading people to buy things they don't really need? Practice the fuck out of it. Ideally it should something you enjoy (so that you WILL practice the fuck out of it), but ignore all that hippie bullshit about your dreams. Pick a dream that will make other people need you, and those people will find ways to make your life better.
Learn to agree and amplify. It's not just for picking up girls. Letting an insult roll off you without giving a fuck is the best way to show confidence, and after showing that confidence for a while, you will actually begin to feel it. You don't just fake it until you make it. Faking it helps you make it.
Do not avoid failure. Failure is what you get before you get success. If you don't fail regularly, it's because you aren't taking enough risks, and you aren't trying hard enough things. School teaches you to avoid failure and mistakes by grading you on how often you succeeded. School is training you to be a loser living a mediocre life.In the real world, no one gives a fuck how many times you failed. They only care what is the most awesome thing you succeeded at.

If I could sit down with my 14 year old self and only talk to him for five minutes I would tell him this:

Play sports and compete. Work your ass off to be better than everyone on the team and be a leader on that team. Play football or wrestle.
Do whatever it takes to make all A's. Just do it.
Don't play video games, watch porn, masturbate, or smoke weed. Don't run from reality, face it. Get high on accomplishing things in real life. Learn to love reality, even though it's fucked up.
Don't take anything a woman says seriously. About 90% of what comes out of a woman's mouth is political scheming, gossip, and utter bullshit. Play with women, joke with them, tease them, have fun, but don't ever take them seriously.
Find a job in sales as soon as possible. Do whatever it takes to learn the skills necessary to learn how to control people. This will make life so much easier in the future.
You will become like the people you hang out with. When you get into school find the guys that are good with girls, the athletes, the musicians, and intelligent people and learn from them. You don't have to like them, don't try to impress them. Just come along for the ride, have good times, and learn.

You're off to a great start, brother. Take life by the balls and own it. What country are you in?

Damn son. Lots of great advice already here.

First off. WEAR A CONDOM!

Second. Learn to work hard. Learn to enjoy working hard. I enjoyed being lazy as a teenager and it took me a long time to enjoy hard work in all aspects of my life. I did tons of sports growing up but once those sports ended, I didn't have the motivation to keep improving my fitness and I got FAT. So enjoy working hard for the sake of working hard.

Third. Do well in school. Excel. Do what it takes to succeed. I did dumb stuff like I went to an ACT prep course and did well on my ACT. Simple things. But get used to looking for ways to excel. This will help immensely when you enter the work world.

Fourth. Learn to stay in control and quiet. It is okay to enjoy, have fun, be a kid, but learn the art of quieting yourself and becoming more observant. It will pay off in the long run.

Fifth. Learn whatever the heck you can. If something interests you, learn. Enjoy making iphone games? Make one. Enjoy science? Study some extra. Enjoy a certain sport? Go to a camp or learn advanced skills. The idea is to teach yourself how to learn and how to excel without outside help. And you might just find something you love so much that you can actually make money off it.

sixth. Make some money. I used to be a soccer referee on the weekend. By the time I had done it a few years, I could pull in something like $35 bucks a game with 3-6 games a weekend. This was back in the late 97-2001 so who knows what you can do now. But find some way to make your own money. Save it and spend it on things you enjoy. Try to save up a few thousand dollars by the time you enter college. AND then save a few thousand more in college. Become a thousandaire before you finish college and you will be well on your way to becoming a millionaire.

Lastly, have fun man. Enjoy life. But find a limit. I have met great people that made a few dumb mistakes and it chased them for years and years. Dude, lets trash this dudes car! Arrested. Its just weed, lets drive really fast and smoke weed! Arrested. Let's get in a fight with these idiots, arrested. Have fun, enjoy, but know where the line is. Going to drink and get high? Do it in your fucking basement and stay there until your sober again.

Learn to be an avid reader. If you hate reading, its a great way to stay stupid.

Learn the art of getting what you want. Not from being a cheesy asshat. But from understanding the motivations of those around you and using that to your advantage. I had a professor in college that gave me better grades mainly because I laughed at his jokes. Engaged him in fun conversations and tried my best on every assignment. I was nowhere near the top of the class as the class was a weak point for me. BUT my grade I received did not reflect the quality of my work. It reflected the professor's knowledge that I worked hard and had a great time in class.

And dude- learn to lift weights. Find a good solid Olympic lifter teacher/coach and start learning form. No need to pound out heavy weights now. But take 2-3 years to learn solid form, flexibility, etc. By the time you are 16 you will be starting to lift heavy weights. By the time you hit 18 you will be the most fuckable dude in your school. And you can bang hot chicks all weekend long.

Make money. Bang chicks. Be an intelligent, diligent, hard working MAN.

My advice is to socialise as much as possible.
Now that doesn't mean running after people, don't do that. Speak to people and actively try to lead them. Ask them for ridiculous things and push what you can get them to do. (Don't break the law though)
Certain social skills you can only learn by simply doing it and once you know how to lead, there will always be people to follow.

Read the sidebar first, that's absolutely imperative to you currently and should be your number 1 priority at the moment. That's where you start. You seem to be uninterested in the female-male dynamics and that's fine, but you should be fully aware and understand it, it forms a large part of TRP. The sidebar should be fine enough for that. I suggest then reading further into some of the posts more geared towards "becoming a man" and "48 laws of power". You're pretty young but you should also start lifting and working on posture, really halls with a plethora of things in life. Ignorance isn't too welcome here so I suggest you read up, lift up and only ask question in the namely /r/asktrp.

Another poster said this already but it bears repeating: LEARN TO WORK HARD. My dad would always try to instill this in me but being a little shit, I decided "nah I'm smart enough to get Bs and some As without working hard and when that stops then I'll work hard". I relied on my natural gifts but I did not add to them. Natural gifts are your baseline and hard work is your multiplier. Anything times zero equals zero.

I'll take a 5'8" guy with a 100iq who works his nuts off 16 hours a day to get shredded and learn over a 6'3" guy like me with a 130iq who doesn't. And so will most women. That guy's baseline is 1 and mine is 10. But his multiplier is 30 and mine is 2.

Do not make the mistake I did and think that you can just flip the switch and start working hard. That is far more difficult than just being hard working from the start.

Everything flows from hard work that is directed intelligently. Work hard at developing good habits and a good routine and it will serve you for the rest of your life. Work hard at school and you could get into college for free, instead of going hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt. Work hard and you could get into an Ivy League where you will rub elbows with children of the elite, upon whom your work will not go unappreciated. Work hard at the gym and you will get the lust of women and the jealousy and respect of men. Work hard on your wardrobe and you will turn heads all day long. Work hard on your social skills and you will wake up one day with your tongue covered in silver. Work hard on your diet and you will feel better and live a healthy life long into old age. Work hard on pruning your thoughts and you will find yourself mentally stable and clear minded.

Without hard work you will stagnate and decay a lot faster than you think.

The fact is that anything worth doing is hard. If it were easy everyone would be doing it. Remember that anything times zero is zero. Don't be a zero.

If you're 14 this is the perfect time to change.

For health learn a few things properly that will make lasting impacts in your later life.

Braces. If you can, get them. This was my first RP awakening. The moment your braces come off. Everyone. Everyone notices. Take care of your appearances. A threat with a charming smile doesn't seem like a threat at all. Seriously, friendships can be made just off one smile. The more you smile, the more you seem confident, and it trains your body to be happy.

On that note, learn how to spot a faux/Duchenne-smile. Learn how to do both.

Fluoride. Your teeth are still being built and at the ages of 14-16 it'll absorb and use the Fluoride in tooth structure. This will make them last much much longer.

Floss. Seriously, this is the major cause of problems to oral health. Learn how to do it properly and maintain this habit.

Haircuts are important. Understand the shape of your skull. It will develop furthermore and your eyesight may worsen. This is normal. Take care of your eyes, and learn how to keep good hair.

In the older stages of life, most men will try to keep their hair. It is a phenotype that represents "young and alpha." Fohawks were in for a bit, now it's comb-overs in the earlier generations.

Learn the fashion trend, be able to spot who is a trend-maker. If you have a unique style, embrace it. Don't flaunt it. You want to be approachable and relate-able enough. Impressions are made in less than a split second.

Everyone here will mention lifting. They are not wrong. Lifting is the easiest way to increase strength, willpower, and aesthetics. Do not skimp out on form or cardiovascular health.

Diligence in the gym also leads to diligence elsewhere. But a point I like to make is, that "Perfect practice makes perfect. Imperfect practices makes imperfection." It's a shittily worded quote I remember my friend telling me. Practice it slow and with 100% concentration till it becomes muscle memory. This way, when you hit the age of 18 (assuming you've been lifting for 4 years) you can explode in the weight room. Everyone is going to try to tell you to lift big. Go ahead do it. But be safe. Lifting everyday is good, but lifting improperly everyday will get you good results until the day your body can't take it. Your due diligence and love for the gym works against you when this occurs. Be open-minded to critics (nothing is more infuriating than seeing improper form or having it). Some are full of shit. Some are good advice. And some can see things other can't.

If you must pick a gym-mentor or any mentor in life. Look at those who you want to be. Their actions most closely follow their words. Take this with a grain of salt. A crazy bum on the street may yell obscene things. But if it's the truth, does it matter who it comes from? Whether it be from a bum, a child, a female, a psycho?

On following paths of mentality: ideology. This is the RedPill. It is cynical by nature, (observed from some comment further down) but that does not make it any less or more true. Compare what you see with what you think. There will be cognitive dissonance.

I started with more modern philosophy and found my love of literature and trans-versed my way back to the classics. Why re-invent the wheel?

At the age of 14 you are impressionable. Your actions and choice of friends can and will ultimately determine your success. Be mindful of this.

If you're not math/science minded, you may have a hard time with STEM courses. Don't worry, most people will. But if you are unsure as to what to do. This is where the most money can be found. I won't use the word 'guarantee'.

The only thing guaranteed in life is a life worth dying for.- Atmosphere

Strive to learn as much as you can but do not get caught up with an "elite" mindset. It's full of shit and wont matter afterwards. Colleges do matter. Why pay the price of a new car for 4 years at a college/university. When you can get in for free at an IVY league?

Do well in school. Take tutors if you have to. Or set up a study-date.

If you're the smartest one in the room, you are in the wrong room.

Don't settle for mediocrity, but do not show distaste for it. Some people are doing their best to achieve what they can with horrible, horrible circumstances. Their best may be your half-assed effort. Respect them, and they'll respect you.

IB/AP kids tend to form cliques. They are "alpha" in intelligence. But the mistake they make is showing effort. It's why nobody fears/respects a nerd until post-wall age. When money is "alpha". In high school, it is physical strength, looks, and personality that is alpha. This does not change. Rather money is an adding or subtracting factor of "alpha."

Being intelligent or mature means being able to see more than one side. Devil's advocate is where I tend to have the most fun. Learn how to debate and hold your own rights/emotions.

There is nothing more fearful than being potentially locked up. Seeing your future go away from one action. Intentional or not. You can learn from it. Some people need a swift kick in the pants to wake up to reality.

Make mistakes, but remember once you accept to do anything. Any and all consequences (whether or not caused by you) can hold you accountable. Nobody wants to be 'fair'. What's the point? When they can easily find a scape-goat? (this applies to transactions, pregnancies, etc).

Learn money and business. Rich Dad/Poor Dad, etc etc. Actually pay attention in economics, government, and history. There are really interesting events that have occurred in the past 200 years. You will be educated in them. Might as well be able to refer to them and use lessons from them.

As you are young, seeking help is always, always okay. Being helpless is a pity statement. Be confident in what you know. But as Socrates said "I know nothing." Hold all beliefs with skepticism and be able to adapt to new circumstances.

At times, this is double-edged. You'll be able to hold your own on debates with every new piece of information. But this can cause a rift in what is "good" or "bad." I can't answer what that dichotomy means, only what feels good.

Self-awareness, if you are different and truly are. If you know this, embrace it. Know your limits and if not, learn them. Find your weaknesses and make them your strengths.

If you are going to explore your limits with alcohol and drugs, which tends to occur the more "popular" you get. Test yourself in a safe and private environment. An older brother or cousin who can take care of you if you are belligerently drunk. Learn how to count shots, and you must learn how to say no. If you are over-tipping your limits, which does occur be able to handle. (This sentence can apply to many many other scenarios).

The person that gets picked on, is the person that does it to themselves. If you can't handle peer pressure, how will you handle the opinions of others? You will crumble to the majority. Leaders must be able to disagree with the majority.

Do not publicly stand against something. Rather point out the flaws and offer a better solution. Nobody likes a critic at some point. But they are a necessity.

Honestly, if I could be so young as to see the light I see now. I'd be lucky. I saw it sooner than some, but half-sided. Nothing is worse than a half-truth. Hamsters apply to both sides. If you can create jumps from conclusion A to C without the proper middle man. It's wrong, it may not show immediately. But in later years of life it will.

Learn to have fun in every situation. Honestly, I learned martial art and learned quickly. Your ass will be handed to you when someone is truly better. Put more work in to catch up to them but eventually learning goes through a plateau period. Smile. Even if you're hit (physically or by life).

RP is a useful community. I really enjoy it, and I have learned to grow from it.

Girls will come. Honestly, just don't be a sucker for them. Hook-ups can happen at any time. Sometimes the girl will initiate. The older you get, the less that happens. Learn how to approach, but really there is nothing scarier than a green snake in grass. Come in as a man of fun, and actually have fun. The puns or entendres that some do not understand will further highlight differences in intellect of girls. You'll notice what I call the "ugly duckling" effect. The pretty girls that are young, know so. You'll often hear, "I didn't understand it... but it's cause the subject matter is stupid." Why should they try hard when they don't need to?? Most don't put time into studies and eat out. Freshman 15 is very real in college. Those that are not inherently beautiful or those that develop later, have a need just like you. They need to attract others. So they are more receptive to more intellectually stimulating conversations.

Fear is your enemy. They'll smell it a mile away. But if you are nervous, embrace it. It's part of being alive. Go out and have fun, while being nervous. You may be a master bull-shitter. But that doesn't come without confidence from within.

One-itis is a legitimate thing for some, and an impossibility for others. Be careful. Live well. Laugh often. Smile more so. And most of all, if your actions and thoughts are not in accordance with one another. You will feel the emotional toll. Don't brag about accomplishments, and don't go looking for unnecessary hardships. If you must engage in confrontation, a successful confrontation is where you both leave as friends. A failed one is where fists are exchanged. Fight if you have to, but fight well. There is no beauty in cowardice. But a man who is willing to fight for what he believes in... well, there's beauty in the struggle.

I have been reading TRP for a few couple of months and the best advice I would give you is to listen to what these other fellas here are saying! Read, read and then read some more. Right now it's all about internalizing the knowledge from this great site so it becomes second-nature to you. Interesting. Not sure this is legit, but I'll roll with it.

Workout somehow. If you can do sports, great. If not, find a gym and start getting to know people. I would kill to have the resources available now when I was 14. Take advantage.
Socialize. Knowing is half the battle, and being able to work your social circles will pay off huge dividends in the long run. Don't be afraid to screw up. It's easier to recover from a screw up at 14 than 30. Relax.
Don't dress too well, but dress neatly. Being a man of style at your age will make you look like an asshole. Learning how to develop your own signature within the trends helps for when you grow up into more adult clothes.
Read voraciously and seek out knowledge. You're building a foundation for the future, and it starts now. Quiet as its kept, there's a decent amount of literature and philosophy mentioned on here. Inhale this stuff. Go get a Kindle if that helps.

Don't get bogged down in the terminology.

Realize that there are circlejerk elements here. Realize you should take all stories with a grain of salt. Realize that the most upvoted stories on here are often related to power reclamation. That is, that men who are older who have failed in the sexual marketplace upvote any story that relates to men having power or being dominant over their own sexuality or women. Try not to pay to much attention to feel good garbage.

Try to ignore all the stuff that spirals outwards from the central tenants of TRP. Focus on the central ideas. Focus on what you can do for yourself. Focus on how TRP will help you realize the way you've always wanted to be, and the relationships you've always wanted (err...maybe just want for you pubescent kid), and realize that, that is OK and you should go for it.

You're in high school, or going to be. Look around. Who do all the girls talk about, pay attention to, want attention from? The popular kids are the jocks, right? This never changes. They just get better at hiding it, and because we're not all locked in a room together all day with relatively little work to do, there are less opportunities for the attention and interest to shine through. If girls aren't paying attention to you it's not because you're shy, or because you don't know them, or that you both like each other and someone needs to say it like on TV. It's because they don't like you.

You should set yourself up NOW to succeed.

Join a sport if you haven't already. Anything. This is non negotiable. Not an activity, a sport.
Learn how to eat right.
Lift weights, make sure you're eating enough to gain muscle. Learn about weight lifting and nutrition
Take advantage of opportunities when it comes to learning anything new. You aren't committing to anything, you're just experiencing. Your goal here should be to know what you want to do by the time you get to college.

Ok, a lot of good stuff here already, but I'm 19 and in my first year out of high school so I'm gonna tell you some things I've learned through the mistakes I made in the years you are just coming into. All classic RP tenants have been mentioned already so these will be more on the fringes of RP thought.

First, there is no replacement for experience. Don't shut yourself off from out of the ordinary experiences. Try things solely to have experienced them, especially things the average person would be to afraid to do. That said, be sure to take calculated risks. Some things are avoided by average people for good reason. Whenever you plan on doing something you haven't done before, think through the logistics thoroughly. That is to say, look at every step with a logical mind in progression until you see the desired outcome. Oh ya, and fuck authority. Respect only those you deem worthy.

Second, develop a personality. Know what you like and dislike, but never be afraid to grow from where you are. More importantly, seek to develop those likes and dislikes constantly. Keep and open mind about everything.

Third, take independent action and know your reasons for those actions. I spent nearly all of high school not acting independently (for myself), instead I only reacted to others in a way that was expected of me. It has left me at a significant disadvantage in taking ownership of my actions, but I've recognized why I did that and I can see through it and move past it through conscious decision. That last sentence is what I mean by know your reasons for actions conscious and unconscious. Look deeply into why you chose this or that, and why your gut reaction was this or that. You must know yourself to be in control of yourself.

Fourth, read and study. Every book you finish will pay dividends in future intelligence. Regardless of content, reading flexes the top tier of your mind and like a muscle, it will grow.

Fifth, if you get acne, don't be abashed to see a doctor about it. I refused to thinking it was womanly to concern myself with something so superficial, but it's a huge confidence suck and can be finicky to fix. I found a dermatologist and she fixed me up completely in 3-4 months. Your skin is an organ, treat it like one.

Sixth, compete. Do something difficult. Find something you enjoy and hone the skill until you're better than your peers. I recommend sport. Don't get discouraged (or encourage) with talk of genetic gifts, there is no substitute for experience. Take it from a guy with serious genetic talent who squandered his time and coasted through every major sport in high school. Eventually hard work surpasses talent when talent fails to work hard.

Most importantly, use logic as governance over yourself. Try to look at all situations in life subjectively. Learn to resolve disagreements with logical debate. If you enjoy that, find someone else who enjoys it too and practice. This was something I stumbled onto since my father pushed me into it. I didn't know he was provoking philosophic debate from me when I was younger, but as a grew up I started returning the favor. The insights you can gain from simply arguing view points and even from playing devils advocate are mind blowing as long as you argue in an attempt to learn and understand, not prove. Often the insights will come out of your own mouth, even though you had never thought that way before.

Other than that, find the great men you admire and take qualities from them to model yourself after. No one is perfect in all aspects, but don't discount anyone for their flaws. You can learn something from everyone.

If I could go back in time and do it again, I would have just looked at them all, picked the one I wanted, and asked her out, first words.

If yes, then sweet. If no, then figure out how to change her mind and try again. I just recently had an encounter that reminded me that most of this TRP applies only to sexually active women. If you have a virgin, you can probably make her yours forever without dealing with all this other stuff. Be her main influence, keep her innocent, and enjoy life without worrying about plates and stuff. You can teach her to have sex any way you'd like, no other woman is going to really be any better. Just show her what you like.

There's a benefit to having genetically diverse offspring (many baby-mamas), in that you have many types of combinations of traits, possibly having a few super-kids with all the positive traits and maybe a couple runts, and there's also a benefit to having many with similar genes (only one mother), increasing population proportion of a specific trait: tall, strong, smart, etc... If you have the right woman, you might as well make an army of awesome people and avoid the sub-par ones.

A large number of women truly act the parts portrayed in the anecdotes on TRP, so if you ever do choose to go the route of plate-spinning, you can pretty much follow its advice and you'll catch a fish every time when you cast with a good lure.

Once you have money you'll have time if you did it right, then you can manage both right so you have the time to spin plates. It will take up a lot of time to get a lot of them on the regular.

Know what interferes a lot with lifting? Having to spend time sleeping and working. Know what? At your age there is not much for full-time work plus there's probably PowerFit or something like that in school for lifting. DO IT.

Do it as soon as you can, get your body as fit as possible early so that later on when it's harder to spend the time you have a lot farther to fall if you slip in your routine but a solid routine & experience for diet, discipline and once you've been fit you do not want to let that slip. It will be a core inner value to you not to let yourself slip.

Meta-advice: A lot of the advice is age-specific both with regards to you as the man and the girls/women you will be dealing with. You have to use your own reason to filter it. E.g. it's not like you have to worry about divorce at 14.

What you can do is think about your life path and plan for it. With regards to women and sexuality I would say that you have two paths, two extremes to chose from and some paths in between:

spin plates and maximize your n-count for as long as you can
fetch a nice 15 yo girl when you are 18 and can have a job and take her off the market. This is what men have done for centuries and society supported them in this, because no other path was feasible.

Path one will give you a lot of hedonistic pleasure. Path two will give you peace of mind. Some people try the middle road and get a mixed result. Some people overplay their hand, meaning that it's not possible to maximize two goals. It's not possible to live the life of the filthy player for decades and then go back in time, erase your memory and jump on the 'innocent' path.

Entropy comes for all of us.

Anyway, just be glad that you have discovered the rules of the game before the match has started.

If you can, play organized sports. At 33 I still play hockey 3 times a week and it has taught me many things. It teaches you how to interact with other men who will not accept mediocrity. It teaches you how hard you can push yourself to be a champion. Competitive sports is also one of the last bastions of pure male warfare aside from war itself. When you win, your testosterone levels go up. You become more confident. When you lose, you learn to handle stress and defeat without becoming overly emotional about it. That being said, keep up with your coursework as well, get good grades, read and practice skills that make you seem smart like computer programming. When college comes around the smart, social, fit, and destined-to-be-successful programmer is a great role to fill.

My litlle cousin is 15. Hes growing up to be a proper alpha.

Hes phone is full of girls hitting him up. & he always has a few girls here & there.

He's charming kid, all moms & daughters love him & always sets a nice example in family settings.

Guidance for you, get disciplined. Having discipline will set everything straight in your life. How to get discipline: start a sport & reach your highest level. Pick up a hobby outside of video games (Make model planes, rebuild model transmissions/engines, design mechanical parts on CAD), start projects you might find interesting, woodworking, leather 'working', something with your hands.

Study regularly. School might not necessarily be stimulating for you, like many boys, but you can't progress outside of the established system, so you have to work it. Don't kill urself studying. But set a schedule. 8-10 hrs a week, studying (completing assignments etc), this is another aspect of discipline.

While TRP is a vital aspect of becoming a man, you're still a kid. Some people might take that as a slight, but its anything but. Enjoy being a kid, but enjoy it wisely. Don't worry about girls yet, you seem to have that under control. Play sports, play an instrument, play chess, but most importantly take time to play. Video games are alright, but can easily become an obsession. Only play video games when you don't have a book to read or legos to build with and its dark or raining outside.

Begin to internalize the sidebar, but don't think that you need to immediately apply everything you read, you need to find a balance as a kid. If you try amused mastery or holding frame when your mom asks you to do the dishes or clean your room or take out the trash, she's going to get pissed and rightfully so. Learn the reasoning behind those things though, and you'll learn how to apply that knowledge to your peers.

I know after I found TRP there was a segment of time where I was just a dick to everyone. I would be lying if I said it wasn't effective, but it was not really that enjoyable. Finding balance is different for everyone, but it is the key to using red pill knowledge effectively.

He does a lot of motivational and pretty redpill content that would be useful for someone at 14 who in all likelihood isn't able to fully grasp abstract content like TRP. The videos and his simple directions would help with that.

What do you want? The advice guys give you here will be a framework with which to structure your day to day, but you need to decide it is that you want out of life. Above all get disciplined, you don't want to waste your time going through periods of motivation and lack of it, as your hard work will be destroyed. That being said, you will still fall of the roverbial wagon from time to time. Develop the persistence to fall and get back up again as quickly as possible.

Oh and read. Read the sidebar. Read books. This falls into discipline as well. People are developing ADD habits reading internet articles and looking for quick stimulation. Fuck that shit, focus your mind on the task at hand.

Just be happy with yourself but realize that there are improvements you can make for yourself. Remember that it is far better to be a first rate version of yourself than it is to be a second rate version of someone else.
Work hard but also don't forget to work smart.
Use protection
While you should try to get the ladies don't kill yourself over it
Exercise and by that I mean lift moderately because your bones are still trying to develop I believe and make it progressive. (I may be wrong about that)
Read a whole lot and by that I mean look at the side bar and there should be a thread about the type of reading material. If anything, both reading and lifting go together like an awesome sandwich.
Learn some choice skills which include knowing how to make repairs to anything from electronics to plumbing to cars. Sure you can take that one class that most of the girls are in but in the long run you will suffer.
Learn how to wet shave if you shave because not only will it provide a zen-like experience but it is cheaper in the long run.
Listen to us but at the same time be critical of us. By that I mean read what we say but don't take it as gospel until you do your own research to come to that conclusion. Because blindly believing in things is very unhealthy for your mind and well you see what these beta men who listen and believe are in their lives.
Be honorable.
Help the elderly when they need it.
Join clubs that have predominantly males in it since it will help you compete and develop that competitive spirit.
Learn self- defense because nothing gets a bitch more in a heat than a man who can defend himself and her.
More importantly just be happy and do things that make you happy in the long run. You have one life to live and you should live it being happy and striving to be excellent.

Socialise Outside School. School (for me at least) was a microcosm of social weirdness. Incredible pressure, gossip, difficulty. All of that disappears outside school and you're into a more normal, more adult world.

Do social activities... drama or games or a book club or a juggling club... any any everything that's outside school and is therefore real. Wish I'd done a lot more of this at your age.

Agreed on other posts: work hard (for yourself, never to get a woman). And most of all.... follow your passions! (If you don't know what they are, do everything until you find out)

Well, you're way ahead of the curve already, which is a good thing that there are others like you I'm sure. More and more will start to arise. Continue to share with your fellow "alpha" buddies any wise words you gain from here. Be weary of who you discuss this with, but having more young men adopt this perspective and these principles at earlier and earlier ages is certainly a good thing.

To your point on spinning plates. To be honest, I wouldn't even try that right now. Perhaps I'm in the minority, but just focus on your academics at this point and getting into a good college. The girls will come man, trust me. College is a whole 'nother game okay. It's a step up in the latter of maturity and becoming a man per se. Of course you don't have to go to college, as entering into the military or becoming an entrepreneur works well also, but with more risks perhaps. I seen some good answers and can honestly tell you if you follow it diligently than you will be alot better than your peers by for example 18 or 25.

I am gonna give my two cents.

I do not know what your interests are so I am first gonna give you some general things.

The four most important skills you can develop are the following:

Confidence - Belief in your self, your ability to achieve anything and your worthiness to deserve the best things in life.

Self-discipline - An ability to make yourself do what you do want to do, but should do.

Knowledge and skills - The actual knowledge and skills you have within yourself.

Independence - To be comfortable being different and going your own way, in defiance of your friends, peers, parents and society. In a healthy manner of course.

In relation to girls, basic "PUA" such as getting over "approach anxiety", "sexual timidness" and other common nice guy traits are easy but important. It will help you get over issues that are usual. The more you do something, the less scary it becomes. So I am not quite buying your "pointless" excuse. Pointless why ? In fact, its all pointless in a universal sense and remember that if you are ever nervous. Its always better to be BOLD in your pursuit and conquest of women :D

In relation to building self-discipline, pursuing bodybuilding and eating healthy will give you a very huge advantage over your peers and also make attracting women alot easier. It will also make your more respectable and in general attractive as a person whether as friend, employee, employer etc. It will help you avoid injuries if you do it right, and it will general make you happier, more self-disciplined etc.

In relation to independence, remember most guys, even the ones you look up to, do most of what they do, just because they believe it will get them women. Do not make a mistake about this. These schmucks got it ass backwards. Prioritize yourself, then your male friendships that GET YOU SOMEWHERE. Ie. AAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLL your male friends that do drugs, party or any other unhealthy habit that is not advancing their life in a long-term manner DROP THEM! Prioritize friendships with loyal, ambitious men and your family, and then everything about yourself and then bitches last.

Furthermore, you can right now set out a path that will let you escape the typical debt-trap pattern most people go through. School loan -> Kids on the way -> House loan ie stuck in a dead-end job. In fact college is becoming increasingly irrelevant. Instead, you can learn almost anything online.

Want to be a product designer ? An engineer ? Or maybe a video director ? Or maybe a musician ? I personally am a self-taught webdesigner and make good money after I dropped out of college. DONT GO! Society tells you to go. DONT GO! Instead work on your knowledge, your skills and as they improve you could easily land a job paying decent salary before you finish high-school.

Furthermore, work to become financial independent ie. wealthy. Not just to consume mindlessly.

Now, back to girls. The whole of this little community is centered around the idea that guys in our feminized society have become to spineless in relation to women. If you follow the advice above, you will naturally attract beautiful women and they will smitten you, and you might even catch oneitis. Beware! I have seen many young alphas careers and life advancement get hijacked by getting their girlfriends pregnant. This is their imperative. When they perceive you as alpha, they want your children. They want to beta-ify you, if you will.

I was going to post this in reply to someone else in the thread, but I think it's more important you see it directly. I wish I would have found TRP earlier, there's a LOT to learn that is helpful, and looking back I see times in my life where the knowledge would have benefitted me. So read and absorb, focus on the parts that make you a better man above all else (lift, learn, work hard).

The part you want to ignore when you're young (or I'd even argue that you want to avoid this when you're old too) is the level of jadedness that you find in TRP. Getting past the anger is one of the most important steps in swallowing TRP, because otherwise you'll turn into a bitter old (or young) man who's angry at the world. Ideally you never get mad in the first place. Women aren't the enemy, women aren't irrational, stupid whores (I mean some are, but most aren't). They're different than men, and society does us a huge disservice in telling us otherwise. That's where a lot of the anger comes from, because men feel betrayed when they learn that it's just not so.

Don't get mad at women, understand women. Understand that their motivations are different from yours or mine, and so they act in ways that we wouldn't. Understand that there's more to life than women, and that if you focus on making yourself the best you can, everything else will fall into place.

And, as with everything, take it with a grain of salt. If something TRP says doesn't mesh with your life experiences, then think critically about it and decide if it has a place in your worldview. And when I say everything, I mean everything. Think, don't just listen and believe ;)

So much of a person gets shaped by the expectations of what is to be consumed around you; of what you're being told to consume. There's graduate and multiple PhD level psychology working against you when it comes to marketing and advertisements; its so beyond everything at this point its conspiracy level for the average person. Learn to just shut them all out. This will save you so much angst and confusion. You'll have the satisfaction that anything you buy is because you actually think its awesome, or quality, or is needed; not because of some hype or fad or societal-wide peer pressure.

The best part is you'll be forced to expose yourself to ideas that are quickly being discarded, like those of History, Music, Art, Medicine, the Natural Sciences, and Engineering.

I'm 34 and I've witnessed countless people fail hard in my life and back then the light at the other side of the maze was very dim. Don't worry about smacking bitches and hoes just yet and instead spend the next few years learning to counter all of the bitchy school girls who will try to make you feel bad. I imagine that its even worse now but on the other hand you have far more resources now. When I was studying Aikido I basically had to do a wax on, wax off, wax on, wax off training and it ended up allowing me to block a mini-bat swung at my head by a methed out druggy who was so crazy that he was kicked out of his own gang. So in your case if you learn something here then perhaps someday you can stop that female designed life destroying event right in its tracks or to avoid it completely. If you can imagine yourself at 22 and 32 being screwed over by some women at those age-appropriate challenges then you can work backwards to prevent that from being a possibility. Then some of those catty 14 year old girls will seem even far less endearing and you can imagine how their viciousness will build as they have more power in life. Also if you are solid and gain power and control over yourself then better women will be attracted to you.

I've heard church girls are notoriously slutty. I was never privy to that truth until I was like 19. So find those hot Christian good girls and try to score some good head. That's what I'd do, at least.
